Furthermore, nine hundred million and between two hundred million beings were also granted and placed to attain the unsurpassed perfect enlightenment. After properly arranging them, all beings returned to their respective dwellings. Alone in solitude, they abide in inner right concentration, and do not allow anyone to enter. O Bhagavan, in any case, please let King Wheel-spoke rise from that right concentration and come here. All those whom I have granted to attain perfect enlightenment will also come here, and will receive unwavering faith from the unsurpassed perfect enlightenment, will receive prophecies from the Bhagavan, and will fully receive names, lineages, and Buddha-fields. Please consider them. Son of good family, thereafter, the Tathagata, Arhat, Samyaksambuddha entered the Samadhi called "Treasure Heart Samadhi Wisdom Accomplishment". Having entered Samadhi in this way, blue, yellow, red, white, madder, crystal, and silver-colored rays of light emanated from his face. After these rays of light emanated, they manifested as Brahma and sat in front of those who were abiding in inner right concentration, saying: Friends, arise! The Brahmin Sea-dust has completed seven years of offerings, and the Bhagavan will also travel elsewhere. Friends, go now to behold the Bhagavan and the Sangha of monks, to prostrate, and to serve and honor! Then, urged by these rays of light, all those beings arose and urged King Wheel-spoke. Urged by them, King Wheel-spoke arose and set out. When the king set out, the gods from the center of the sky emitted the sounds of various musical instruments such as great drums, pottery drums, and drums Pataha. Then, King Wheel-spoke, in order to behold the Bhagavan and to serve and honor the Bhagavan, rode in a chariot with those thousand sons and eighty-four thousand regional kings.

Rejoice in the accumulation of merit that is possessed, and the accumulation of merit that is possessed by complete giving, all of these should be dedicated to the unsurpassed perfect enlightenment. Similarly, those thousand princes, as well as the eighty-four thousand kings of the regions, and also the nine trillion and two hundred million beings, should also be allowed to correctly receive, and with the accumulation of merit that is possessed by rejoicing, allow them to correctly receive, place, and properly arrange these unsurpassed perfect enlightenments, and then also say this: You should rejoice in this virtue, offer it and say this: If with this giving, I do not desire the position of Indra, nor do I desire the world of Brahma as a result. Like the speed and sway of the wind's power, what need is there to mention the splendor of a king's rule? Whatever the result of this giving that I have done with great reverence, may I attain the incomparable Bodhi that controls the mind, and may I also liberate all sentient beings!
