There will be a gathering of more than three thousand compeers. All of them will be known for their great magical powers, great strength, and great authority. They will teach the Dharma to those who practice like Brahma, without any weariness. Ananda, they will also spread my teachings, making them wider and more extensive for gods and humans. Ananda, do not grieve, do not lament. Ananda, after my passing, in the northern region, there will be a city called Shingkun Kyewa. There, my tooth will be honored, revered, venerated, and worshipped with flowers, garlands, incense, unguents, musical instruments, umbrellas, banners, flags, victory banners, and so on, as well as with clothes, silver, gold, and jewels. Ananda, my stupa will also be adorned with gold. Ananda, in that place, many ordained people will arise. Many people will possess discipline and virtue, and hundreds and thousands of assemblies of monks will arise. Ananda, there, many householders will also arise who are disciplined, learned, wise, mindful, and have faith and joy in my teachings. They will be delighted to honor, revere, venerate, worship, remember, and manifestly adore my relics and the Shravakas. They will fully embrace my Three Jewels, and through these roots of virtue, they will experience the perfections of gods and humans. Some will awaken to the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. Some will pass into complete Nirvana through the vehicle of the Pratyekabuddhas. The pure conduct will flourish, and gods and humans will correctly receive it. Ananda, the entire Jambudvipa will be filled with stupas of relics, and the images of the Tathagata will also flourish everywhere. Ananda, the abodes of gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, asuras, and garudas, those places that have become invisible, will be filled by them, needless to say. Ananda, do not grieve, do not utter lamentations. Ananda, in this way, my Dharma and Vinaya will flourish, and it will be vast and extensive for gods and humans.
