Also surrounded by many Khading, Gandharvas, Mi'amchi, and large Ltochyes. Then, the Blessed One resided relying on the great city of Rajagriha (near Patna, Bihar today). The king, great ministers, Brahmins, householders, towns, and people of the region revered, regarded as teachers, attended to, and made offerings. The Blessed One obtained Dharma robes, food, bedding, cushions, medicine for the sick, and medicinal supplies. The Blessed One's fame, reputation, and verses were widely spread, such as the Thus-Gone One, the Arhat, the Perfectly Complete Buddha, endowed with knowledge and conduct, the Well-Gone One, Knower of the World, Unsurpassed Trainer of Beings, Teacher of Gods and Humans, the Buddha, the Blessed One, is the All-Knowing, possessing the All-Seeing; knows all, sees all; possesses the ten powers of the Thus-Gone One; possesses the four fearlessnesses of the Thus-Gone One; possesses the four individual perfect knowledges; possesses the eighteen unmixed qualities of a Buddha; possesses great loving-kindness and great compassion; possesses the Buddha's undiminished eye; possesses the five eyes; and also attained miracles, attained the miracle of instruction, attained the miracle of subsequent instruction, and attained the miracle of magical power. If standing, the realm of the three-thousand great-thousand world system, including cities, towns, land, beings, Mount Meru, reaching the edge of the ocean, including the realms of the gods, including surroundings and abysses, including grass, trees, and mountains, could be held in the sky for an eon or even longer by a tiny fraction of a hair tip. Also at that time, in the great city of Rajagriha (near Patna, Bihar today), there was a person named Good Illusionist, who was extremely skilled in treatises, extremely skilled in secret mantras, vast in crafts and sciences, had completed the limits of work, had completed the distinctions, had a loud voice, and was the best of all the illusionists or disciples of illusionists in the land of Magadha.

Fame. There lived someone of outstanding renown. He gathered all the people of the land of Magadha, deluded them, bewildered them, and placed them in wondrous teachings, except for those who had attained the truth, those who had faith, those who followed the Dharma, laymen, and laywomen. Through the power of wisdom that deludes with illusion, he gained additional profit, respect, and offerings.
