Chapter Twenty-one: The Chapter on the Prophecy of Radiant Light. Chapter Twenty-one: The Chapter on the Prophecy of Radiant Light. Then, fifty-eight billion gods of radiant light saw the offerings of the gods from the Asuras to Brahma. Having heard the prophecy, they were delighted and pleased. Filled with joy and happiness, they rose from their seats, bared one shoulder, knelt on their right knee, and bowed respectfully with folded hands towards the Blessed One. They said to the Blessed One, "O Blessed One, what should a Bodhisattva learn in order to enter the nature of reality and attain the Samadhi called 'All Dharmas Appear,' by which they can realize the nature of all dharmas? By realizing this, they will attain inconceivable eloquence, unobstructed eloquence, blessed eloquence, various eloquence, gentle eloquence, virtuous eloquence, rational eloquence, liberating eloquence, intimate eloquence, profound eloquence, subtle eloquence, unique eloquence, and even attain the eloquence of the Buddha. What is this Samadhi called 'All Dharmas Appear'? O Blessed One, in this, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, in order to enter the nature of all dharmas, does not engage in any discrimination or examination. They think, 'All dharmas are without discrimination, they are the cessation of discrimination.' Whatever is without discrimination is the passing away of everything. There is nothing among dharmas that can be discriminated. Why? Because they are without inherent existence. If a dharma is without inherent existence, how can it be discriminated?' Thus, by not discriminating all dharmas, they attain the eloquence of entering (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A). By entering the gate of A, they attain immeasurable eloquence. What is called (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) is immeasurable, universally immeasurable, uncreated, never manifestly created, unaccomplished, without things, not abiding, not moving, without gathering, without scattering.
