After hearing these questions from King Jonpa, in order to answer them, the Bhikshu spoke in verses to King Jonpa, a human or non-human: Proclaiming emptiness. "I do not understand," thus he said. If something were not empty, The Buddhas would not prophesy it. Why is that? Because like this, If its own nature were to exist and transform, It would be unchanging and constant, For it, there would be no increase or decrease. Just as in a perfectly clear mirror, Images appear without inherent existence, Jonpa, understand all phenomena in that way. If the realm of phenomena is unchanging, Then what part of the offering changes? Examine the parts, Jonpa, contemplate this offering. In all ways, the realm of phenomena is unchanging, Wise beings realize this. Children are confused by this, Through cultivating wisdom, one knows its non-existence. Birth does not exist, and yet the mind arises, "I do not understand," thus he said. O Tamer with the ten powers, Please listen attentively. Those children who delight in samsara, Who rejoice in samsara and cling to their minds, With separate minds and concepts, Will experience the suffering of samsara. If I were to speak of these mind-less dharmas that they have never heard before, Then those with childish minds, Will be completely bewildered by this. The very mind that inclines towards enlightenment, And after hearing the benefits of enlightenment, The self-arising mind that is not overwhelmed, Will attain that vastness. Cessation does not exist, nor death and transmigration, "I do not understand," thus he said. Correctly prophesying death and transmigration, Please listen attentively. For those who cling to permanence, There is no change or constancy here. The Tathagatas teach that these things are impermanent, Thus revealing death and transmigration. Like an illusion, being born as a god, If it is necessary to know what that is like, Then for the learners who have not yet reached the end, And for people, the heavens are spoken of. Abiding also does not exist, Where it is said to rely on a spiritual friend, For the sake of actions that are free from abiding, Therefore, rely on a spiritual friend who does not abide. Actions without wavering, "I do not understand what is taught," thus he said. The parts of a chariot come together, The function of the chariot is understood differently. If someone acknowledges that there is a self, And believes that actions are done by the self, Then for those people,

As activity, the Tathagata teaches immovability, emptiness of self-nature and also emptiness, having understood whatever I have said, those with childish and inverted minds, do not know the emptiness of self-nature, for the sake of those, the Tathagata shows the emptiness of self-nature. Born from the conceptualization of pervasive thought, bound by unreal conceptualization, there is peace and all dharmas also, saying that seeing peace is like that. Those who are ignorant and foolish, from pervasive thought arise craving, like a thirsty person in a mirage, from pervasive thought arises thirst. The unskilled one is the cause of discrimination, wrongly clinging to what is not, although it is seen as water, there is no water in the mirage. Thus, disturbed by pervasive thought, attachment arises to what is not lovely, many childish people with desire, those with loveliness arise from self-nature. Without loveliness like mirage water, there is no water in the mirage, likewise there is no loveliness in form, if there is no form then it is not lovely, those with childish and inverted consciousness, become bound by attachment. Dharmas are like the sky and, abandoning falling into hell is what is said, those who have not seen the non-existent, the unskilled ones become afraid. If self-nature, own-being is empty, at the time of clinging to self one cannot know, those having heard emptiness, fear arises that I will be no more. They cling to self as manifest, having tied knots in the sky, abandoning the vast emptiness, the unskilled mind falls into great hell. I have shown the heavenly realms, and the transmigration of beings, karma is also taught by me, the doer is extremely clearly shining. Know that the real sentient beings, are said to be like a dream, in whatever dream,
