第十二品，趋向菩提心要之品。 第十二品，趋向菩提心要之品。 其后，菩提萨埵沐浴身体，变得身强力壮，进食后便前往那重要的菩提树心要之处。他前往时，名为地善的地神之子召唤所有地神之子说道：何者持地不动摇，断除贪欲且舍弃愤怒，菩提萨埵已至树下，将此地善加庄严。善哉！地神皆欢喜，将三千世界完全清扫，散布花朵，焚烧上妙香，以香水洒遍大地，手持托盘，亦持花鬘，如无量宫殿般显现，彼等见菩提萨埵而欢喜，彼时降下各种花雨。四大洲之守护者，所有一切皆与眷属一同，为供养引导者。以金网覆盖三千世界，三千世界之帝释天，神通广大，为供养菩提萨埵。三十三天之殊胜殿宇，如是庄严三千世界。无诤者皆欢喜，为供养殊胜士夫。娑婆世界之三千世界，以虚空青金石网覆盖。兜率天及兜率天之诸神，亦以珍珠网庄严之，亦持饰鬘及半月形饰物，亦降下珍珠细雨。天王神通广大，极度欢喜，以瞻部洲金制成，铃铛之网与金网相连，并以乐器覆盖三千世界，一切皆为供养无畏者。自在者以天之珍宝，清净且光辉无量，幻化出光明无垢之网。龙族、乾闼婆、大腹行、阿修罗、迦楼罗、紧那罗等，皆以各自之住所及陈设，将欲界善加庄严，使其美丽。寂静慧，其后三千世界之主宰大梵天自在者

Twelfth Chapter: The Chapter of Proceeding to the Essence of Bodhi. Twelfth Chapter: The Chapter of Proceeding to the Essence of Bodhi. Then, the Bodhisattva washed his body, became strong and vigorous, ate food, and went to that important Bodhi tree essence place. As he went, the son of the earth-dwelling deity named Earth Goodness summoned all the sons of the earth-dwelling deities and said: Whoever holds the earth unmoving and unshaken, has eliminated craving and completely abandoned anger, that Bodhisattva has come to the tree, let the ground be well adorned. Well done! The earth-dwellers are all delighted, completely sweeping the three thousand worlds, scattering flowers, burning excellent incense, sprinkling the ground with fragrant water, holding trays in their hands, also holding garlands, appearing like immeasurable palaces. They saw the Bodhisattva and rejoiced, at that time raining down various kinds of flowers. The four guardians of the four continents, all together with their retinues, for the sake of making offerings to the guide. Covering all the three thousand worlds with a golden net, the great Indra of the three thousand worlds, with great miraculous powers, for the sake of offering to the Bodhisattva. The beautiful Victory Palace of the Thirty-Three, thus adorning all the three thousand worlds beautifully. All the non-contenders are very happy, for the sake of making perfect offerings to the supreme being. All the three thousand worlds of the Sahā world-system, covered with a net of lapis lazuli in the sky. The Joyful and the gods of the Joyful also, adorned them with a net of pearls. Also holding decorative garlands and crescent-shaped ornaments, also raining down showers of pearl droplets. The king of the gods, with great miraculous powers, greatly rejoiced, made of Jambudvipa gold, a net of bells connected to a net of gold, and covered all the three thousand worlds with musical instruments, all for the sake of offering to the fearless one. The powerful ones, with divine jewels, perfectly pure and with immeasurable splendor, also emanated a single net of bright light and stainlessness. Nāgas, Gandharvas, great belly-crawlers, Asuras, Garudas, Kinnaras, all with their respective abodes and arrangements, adorned the desire realm well, making it beautiful.
