安住的菩萨的种种化现，被极明亮无碍的光芒照触的那些众生，都将以那些善根调伏一切众生，并获得十地。例如，获得无量禅定者，只要禅定未完全退失，就能见到梵天宫殿，并体验梵天世界的种种安乐。同样，安住于转轮王以金网庄严的地面上的菩萨，其顶髻宝珠的光芒照触到谁，谁就能获得十地，并能获得对无量法的巨大光明。由于极善修习力量清净的等持，也能获得完全清净的十眼。同样，也能获得完全清净的十意。肉眼清净是这样的：将如恒河沙数佛刹微尘化为极微尘，那些极微尘被菩萨们的左手拿起并携带，超越了等同数量的世界，一粒微尘，就这样一个接一个地放置，以这样的方式计数，直到东方所有的微尘都用完，以这样的方式，无论放置或未放置的那些世界，都化为极微尘。同样，携带如此众多的极微尘，超越东方一侧的世界，放置一粒极微尘，以同样的方式向十方 所有的极微尘都用完，然后将所有那些世界合为一体，成为一个佛土的水田，持宝者，您怎么想？佛土是巨大、无量且不可思议的吗？禀世尊，正是如此。尊者世尊，谁听闻了您所说的这个譬喻，听闻后生起极大的欢喜和稀有之想，

All those beings who are touched by the extremely clear and unobstructed rays of light emanating from the various manifestations of the Bodhisattva who abides, will subdue all beings with those roots of virtue and attain the ten bhumis. For example, one who has attained immeasurable samadhi can see the palace of Brahma as long as the samadhi has not completely deteriorated, and also experience all the happiness that exists in the world of Brahma. Similarly, those who are touched by the light of the crest jewel of the Bodhisattva who abides on the ground adorned with a golden net in the realm of a Chakravartin, will attain the ten bhumis, and will also attain great illumination of immeasurable Dharma. Because of the extremely well-cultivated samadhi of pure power, one will also attain the ten completely purified eyes. Similarly, one will also attain the ten completely purified minds. The purification of the physical eye is like this: the world of the Buddha-field, a hundred thousand billion trillion of the fine dust particles, is made into extremely fine dust particles. Those extremely fine dust particles are taken and carried by the left hand of those Bodhisattvas, and surpass that many worlds. A single particle, in this way, is placed one after another, and by counting in such a way, all those dust particles are exhausted in the east. In such a way, all those worlds, whether placed or not placed, are transformed into extremely fine dust. Similarly, carrying so many extremely fine dust particles, surpassing the world on the eastern side, one extremely fine dust particle is placed, and in the same way in all ten directions, all those extremely fine dust particles are exhausted. Then all those worlds are combined into one, becoming a water field of a single Buddha-field. What do you think, O holder of the jewel? Is that Buddha-field large, immeasurable, and inconceivable? O Blessed One, it is just so. Venerable Blessed One, whoever hears this example that you have shown, and having heard it, generates great joy and a sense of wonder,

If a rare thought arises, then those sentient beings will also become endowed with wonder. The Buddha said: Jewel-in-Hand, it is just so. It is just so, Jewel-in-Hand, just as you have said. Jewel-in-Hand, those sons and daughters of good families, I have prophesied that they will attain unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. Those like them will attain the wisdom of the Buddha. It is indeed so. It will be so. Jewel-in-Hand, for example, suppose there are as many Buddha-fields as there are fine dust particles in billions of thousands of Buddha-fields. All those Buddha-fields, exemplified, are ground into fine dust particles. In each of those Buddha-fields, there are as many fine dust particles as there are Buddha-fields. Those Buddha-fields are arranged one by one. Then each Buddha-field is again divided into countless fine dust particles. Thus, in each Buddha-field, there are countless Buddha-fields. Just like those Buddha-fields, in all the Buddha-fields, there are countless Buddha-fields. Then all those fine dust particles are arranged in this way. In this way, the number of fine dust particles is increased eighty times. Even if each fine dust particle manifests as many fruits as there are fine dust particles in all the Buddha-fields, all those fruits can be seen without any obscuration by the fleshly eye of a Bodhisattva. Jewel-in-Hand, the fleshly eye of a Bodhisattva is accomplished by the maturation of karma. Therefore, he can see in an instant as many Tathagatas as there are fine dust particles in countless billions of hundreds of thousands of nayutas of Buddha-fields. He can control as many worlds as there are fine dust particles in the ten directions, and like the land of a Chakravartin king, he has obtained the maturation of merit purified by a golden net, as well as a crystal mirror lamp accomplished by roots of virtue and samadhi, its color pure, beautiful, and bright.
