O sons of gods, likewise, all actions are unborn and unceasing. How are they completely purified, and how do they ripen their fruits in the manner of accumulation? O sons of gods, for example, even if my voice were to speak for countless eons, it would not be exhausted because it has no conceptualization, it has no end, no limit, no going, and no coming. O sons of gods, wherever there is going and coming, those places also appear to be either permanent or annihilated. The Buddhas, the Bhagavat, only teach for the purpose of maturing sentient beings with skillful means, but they do not teach the Dharma of permanence or annihilation. O sons of gods, for example, sound can make immeasurable realms of the world understood by voice, just as one thinks. O sons of gods, likewise, the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, also manifest according to the thoughts of sentient beings. O sons of gods, for example, there is a crystal mirror wheel called a lamp, which is equal to the measure of the ten world realms, pure and clear, and its color is extremely beautiful. In it, from immeasurable world realms, the images of all mountains and the images of all those sentient beings also appear clearly. O sons of gods, what do you think of this? In this way, the wheel of the mirror shows many sentient beings of hell, the place of birth of animals, and the world of Yama, will it not become completely impure? Do those beings whose bodies are very ugly move to the mirror, or stay in the mirror, or become conscious? They said, "It is not like that." He said, "O sons of gods, likewise, actions do not transfer, do not go, and do not stay. But the ripening of virtuous roots is not invisible. For example, illusion deceives the eyes. O sons of gods, likewise, whoever knows and sees actions, and understands them, the confession of sins of those people will become very pure. When this profound teaching was taught, the dust of hundreds of thousands of billions of Buddha-fields

All those gods of the Tushita heaven, as many as the finest dust particles, attained the forbearance of non-arising dharma. The sons of the gods of the six desire realms, immeasurable, countless, and inconceivable, also generated the mind for unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. The daughters of the gods of those six desire realms also transformed from their female bodies and were certain to attain unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. Then, those sons of the gods extensively confessed with the vows of Samantabhadra, for the sake of attaining the ten bhumis and fully attaining the adornment of the power of samadhi. With body, speech, and mind karma equal to the realm of sentient beings, they extensively confessed with the vows of Samantabhadra. Having purified those karmic obscurations, they saw hundreds of thousands of millions of bodhisattvas residing on the finest dust particles of seven-jeweled lotuses, emitting great light. From each of their good marks and characteristics, many rays of light equal to the realm of sentient beings arose. In those rays of light, tathagatas equal to the realm of sentient beings also resided, and they saw the tathagatas teaching the dharma according to the thoughts of sentient beings. However, even with just that, they did not see well even a small part of the domain of samadhi free from defilement. Then, those sons of the gods, from flower clouds and so forth, and from each of the pores of the previous ones, manifested flower clouds equal to the realm of sentient beings, and made offerings to the bodhisattva Vairochana and the immeasurable tathagatas. All the immeasurable flowers that were sent forth remained in the form of the bodies of the tathagatas. Those rains of clouds of incense that were poured down, whatever sentient beings in the immeasurable buddhafields, as many as the finest dust particles, whose bodies they fell upon, they possessed such happiness as, for example, the happiness of the body of a bhikshu who is absorbed in the fourth dhyana. Whoever has karmic obscurations,

Those without fault are such that, merely by sensing the fragrance of incense, all the afflictions arising from form, sound, smell, taste, and touch are purified. Five hundred afflictions of internal objects, five hundred afflictions of external objects, twenty-one thousand afflictions associated with desire, twenty-one thousand afflictions associated with hatred, twenty-one thousand afflictions associated with ignorance, twenty-one thousand afflictions associated with equanimity, and similarly, afflictions associated with temporary desire, afflictions associated with temporary hatred, afflictions associated with temporary ignorance, afflictions associated with temporary equanimity, and all those unknowingnesses are also purified. By means of the light, for the purpose of obtaining the heap of incense, the radiant, transforming light, the roots of virtue are completely cultivated. Through those arising, those umbrella-like clouds become visible before the eyes, and those also generate the roots of virtue of a wheel-turning monarch, as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River. That is because, in order to obtain the land of the wheel-turning monarch purified by a golden net like this, the roots of virtue are greatly increased. The bodhisattva who abides therein makes the world realms, as numerous as the extremely fine dust particles of hundreds of thousands of billions of Buddha-fields, into lands of wheel-turning monarchs. There, many sentient beings will be completely matured. For example, in the Buddha-field of the Blessed One, the Tathagata Wheel of Wisdom, in the world realm called Appearing Like a Mirror Mandala, there, the emanations of the Blessed One, the image and teachings of the monastic father, monastic mother, lay father, and lay mother, and likewise, all the distinctions of the classes of births, will not disappear in immeasurable world realms, not even for a moment, not even for an instant, not even for a short while. The name of that Tathagata will also be proclaimed, and upon hearing it, one will be reborn in that Buddha-field. Similarly, on the land of the wheel-turning monarch purified by a golden net.
