The oceans thoroughly adorn them, surrounded by a fine net. With beautiful forms made of jewels pervading everywhere, the oceans, blazing in various forms and delightful, are thoroughly adorned, good and beautiful. In the past, all Buddhas, Vairochana, have completely purified the various ocean realms. They are extremely vast, without end or middle, and in all of them, they perform various miracles. Each of those oceans of fragrant water has rivers of fragrant water flowing clockwise, encircled by a number equal to the extremely fine dust of the four continents' world realms. All those rivers of fragrant water are adorned from all directions by vajra lotuses with infinite colors and scents. Wheels of jewels and the light of jewels, perfectly pure in various ways, are entwined from all sides. The mandala of the Buddha's light is endowed with clouds of light that appear like the colors of all precious jewels. The sound of all sentient beings is covered by the net of all precious bells, which reside in all the colors. The expanse of the light of conduct arises like the form of the names of all Buddhas. The king of jewels, all ornaments appear within, and the light is extremely blazing, making all appearances like an ocean of world realms extremely crowded. The king of jewels, the emanations of the Buddhas of the ten directions appear, and the essence of the emanations of all Buddhas, the flowers, are extremely abundant, covering everything. The wheel of names of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas who have gone to the three times proclaims sounds. The light of fragrant water and all the light radiating jewels, and the clouds of light, arise exceedingly. Each of those rivers also has extremely manifest ornaments, equal to the extremely fine dust of the ocean of world realms. Then, the Bodhisattva Samantabhadra, in order to fully reveal the adornment of the rivers of fragrant water and the ocean of qualities, looked in all directions with the blessing of the Buddhas, and at that time spoke these verses: Rivers are filled with immaculate water.
