Just as perfect enlightenment is, may it be completely dedicated. Furthermore, Subhuti, when a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom and cultivates the Perfection of Wisdom with skillful means, he thinks, "This Perfection of Morality is increasing, this Perfection of Morality is decreasing," but he does not think like that. However, he thinks like this, saying, "This Perfection of Morality is just a name." After thinking like this, he truly upholds morality, abides and attends to it, and those thoughts, those aspirations, and those roots of virtue are completely dedicated to the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, just as the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment is, may it be completely dedicated. Furthermore, Subhuti, when a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom and cultivates the Perfection of Wisdom with skillful means, he thinks, "This Perfection of Patience is increasing, this Perfection of Patience is decreasing," but he does not think like that. However, he thinks like this, saying, "This Perfection of Patience is just a name." After thinking like this, he cultivates patience, attends to it, and those thoughts, those aspirations, and those roots of virtue are completely dedicated to the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, just as the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment is, may it be completely dedicated. Furthermore, Subhuti, when a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom and cultivates the Perfection of Wisdom with skillful means, he thinks, "This Perfection of Diligence is increasing, this Perfection of Diligence is decreasing," but he does not think like that. However, he thinks like this, saying, "This Perfection of Diligence is just a name." After thinking like this, he exerts diligence, attends to it, and those thoughts, those aspirations, and those roots of virtue are completely dedicated to the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, just as the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment

Just as that Bodhi is, so shall I dedicate it entirely. Furthermore, Subhuti, the Bodhisattva-Mahasattva who practices the Perfection of Wisdom and cultivates the Perfection of Wisdom, being skillful in means, does not think, 'This Perfection of Dhyana increases, this Perfection of Dhyana decreases.' However, he thinks, 'This so-called Perfection of Dhyana is merely a name.' He also equally applies his mind to those Dhyanas, and dedicates those mental applications, those aspirations, and those roots of virtue entirely to Unsurpassed Perfect Enlightenment. Just as that Unsurpassed Perfect Enlightenment is, so shall he dedicate it entirely. Furthermore, Subhuti, the Bodhisattva-Mahasattva who practices the Perfection of Wisdom and cultivates the Perfection of Wisdom, being skillful in means, does not think, 'This Perfection of Wisdom increases, this Perfection of Wisdom decreases.' However, he thinks, 'This so-called Perfection of Wisdom is merely a name.' He practices the Perfection of Wisdom, cultivates the Perfection of Wisdom, and dedicates those mental applications, those aspirations, and those roots of virtue entirely to Unsurpassed Perfect Enlightenment. Just as that Unsurpassed Perfect Enlightenment is, so shall he dedicate it entirely. Then, the Venerable Subhuti said to the Blessed One, 'Blessed One, what is this so-called Unsurpassed Perfect Enlightenment?' The Blessed One replied, 'Subhuti, this so-called Unsurpassed Perfect Enlightenment is Suchness. Subhuti, Suchness has no increase or decrease. If a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva, endowed with those mental applications, constantly abides in abundance, then that Unsurpassed Perfect Enlightenment is Eighth. Eighteenth, of Emptiness.
