Do you think there is an object within the scope of wisdom itself? He replied: Venerable Blessed One, no. Subhuti, in these respects, all dharmas range from the inconceivable to the unequal and equal. Subhuti, these are the Tathagata's dharmas of the Tathagata, that is to say, the inconceivable, the immeasurable, the incalculable, the unequal, and the equal. Therefore, the Tathagata's dharmas are inconceivable, separate from thought, immeasurable, separate from measurement, incalculable, separate from calculation, unequal and equal, and separate from the unequal and equal. Subhuti, what is called the inconceivable is the highest expression of the word inconceivable. What is called the immeasurable is the highest expression of the word immeasurable. What is called the incalculable is the highest expression of the word incalculable. Subhuti, in these respects also, the Tathagata's dharmas of the Tathagata range from the inconceivable to the unequal and equal. Subhuti, for example, the sky is inconceivable, unequal, and equal. Subhuti, similarly, the Tathagata's dharmas are inconceivable, unequal, and equal, and they cannot be thought, measured, or numbered by the world including gods, humans, and asuras. Similarly, the incalculable is the Tathagata's dharmas of the Tathagata. When this chapter on the Tathagata's dharmas being inconceivable, immeasurable, incalculable, unequal, and equal was being taught, five hundred monks, without attachment, had their minds completely liberated from the outflows. Two hundred nuns, without attachment, had their minds completely liberated from the outflows. Six hundred laymen and three hundred laywomen gave rise to the Dharma eye, free from dust and defilement. Two thousand Bodhisattvas obtained the forbearance of non-arising dharmas, and they also received predictions in this very Fortunate Aeon. From the Hundred Thousand Verse Prajnaparamita, the twentieth chapter, called the Chapter on Qualities.
