Then, the Buddhas who have attained perfect and complete enlightenment will be pleased, and after being pleased, they will not abandon them. Like this, those who possess the roots of virtue that arise from the moment of rejoicing in the generation of Bodhicitta, wherever they are born, will be respected. They will be regarded as teachers, as images, and as objects of offering. They will never see unpleasant forms, never hear unpleasant sounds, never perceive unpleasant smells, never taste unpleasant flavors, never touch unpleasant tactile sensations, and never cognize unpleasant dharmas. They will never be separated from the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, and will go from Buddha-field to Buddha-field, and will also attend to and honor those Buddhas, the Bhagavat, and will also increase their roots of virtue. Why is that? Kausika, just like this, those sons or daughters of good family, having rejoiced in the roots of virtue of the immeasurable Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas who have newly entered the Great Vehicle, and having dedicated them to unsurpassed, perfect and complete enlightenment; and having rejoiced in the roots of virtue of those who abide in the first Bhumi, and those who abide in the second Bhumi, and even those who abide in the tenth Bhumi; and having rejoiced in the roots of virtue of the Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas who are bound by only one more birth, and having dedicated them to unsurpassed, perfect and complete enlightenment. Those whose roots of virtue greatly increase will draw near to unsurpassed, perfect and complete enlightenment. Those who, having manifestly attained perfect and complete enlightenment, will also cause immeasurable, countless, and inconceivable beings to be completely liberated from suffering. Kausika, in that way, those sons and daughters of good family, having rejoiced in those roots of virtue of the Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas who have initially generated the mind, and

It should be dedicated to the unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment. It is imperative not to dedicate it to that mind, nor to dedicate it to another mind; dedicate it in that way. Also rejoice in the roots of virtue of the practices practiced by Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas, those who are irreversible, and those who are obstructed by one interval, and dedicate them to the unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment. It is imperative not to dedicate it to that mind, nor to dedicate it to another mind; dedicate it in that way. Then, the venerable Subhuti said this to the Bhagavan: "Bhagavan, how can a mind like an illusion realize the unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment?" After asking this, the Bhagavan said this to the venerable Subhuti: "Subhuti, what do you think? Do you think you have truly seen a mind like an illusion?" He replied: "Bhagavan, I have not seen it. Bhagavan, I have not truly seen illusion and a mind like an illusion." The Buddha said: "Subhuti, what do you think? Do you think that the mind that you have not truly seen, illusion and a mind like an illusion, can realize the unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment?" He replied: "Bhagavan, no." The Buddha said: "Subhuti, what do you think? Do you think that other than illusion and a mind like an illusion, there is any other dharma that can realize the unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment?" He replied: "Bhagavan, no. Bhagavan, I have not truly seen that other than illusion and a mind like an illusion, there is any other dharma that can realize the unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment. Bhagavan, if I have not truly seen other dharmas, then what dharma should I say exists, or what dharma should I say does not exist? What dharma should I point out as being extremely secluded?"

No, it will not change. Any dharma that is extremely secluded will not manifest and attain unsurpassed perfect enlightenment, and a dharma that does not exist will also not manifest and attain unsurpassed perfect enlightenment. What is the reason for this? World Honored One, just like this, all those dharmas that become all afflictions or become completely purified are for the sake of being non-existent and invisible. What is the reason for this? World Honored One, just like this, the Prajnaparamita is also extremely secluded, and similarly, the Dana Paramita in between is also extremely secluded, and similarly, the reason why even Bodhi is extremely secluded. Any dharma that is extremely secluded is neither to be cultivated nor to be analyzed. The Prajnaparamita is for the sake of being extremely secluded, and no dharma should be established, because the Prajnaparamita is extremely secluded, how can the Bodhisattva Mahasattva rely on the Prajnaparamita to manifest and attain unsurpassed perfect enlightenment? Unsurpassed perfect enlightenment is also extremely secluded, so how can one follow and realize seclusion with seclusion? After asking in this way, the World Honored One said to the venerable Subhuti: Subhuti, good! Good! Subhuti, it is so, it is so. Subhuti, the Prajnaparamita is extremely secluded. The Dhyana Paramita is also extremely secluded. Subhuti, connect similarly to the Sila Paramita and the Dana Paramita in between, which are also extremely secluded. Bodhi is also extremely secluded. Even Sarvakarajnata is extremely secluded. Subhuti, just as the Prajnaparamita is extremely secluded, and even Sarvakarajnata is extremely secluded, unsurpassed perfect enlightenment manifests and attains
