于十方所住之诸佛薄伽梵，以及天、龙、药叉、乾闼婆、阿修罗、迦楼罗、紧那罗、摩睺罗伽等，亦令其身生威光。 कौशिका (Kauśika， कौशिका， 憍尸迦： 帝释天)！ 凡具足一切种智心之族姓子或族姓女，若能受持、读诵、精通、如理作意此般若波罗蜜多，则能圆满获得此生之功德。 कौशिका (Kauśika， कौशिका， 憍尸迦： 帝释天)！ 复次，若有族姓子或族姓女，不以受持、读诵、精通、如理作意此般若波罗蜜多，而书写于经卷，并以花、香、熏香、花鬘、涂香、粉末、衣服、伞盖、幢幡等供养、恭敬、尊重、赞叹，然 कौशिका (Kauśika， कौशिका， 憍尸迦： 帝释天)！ 此族姓子或族姓女，较之于十方周遍世界中，对安住之如来、应供、正等觉佛陀及声闻僧众，以衣服、饮食、卧具、坐具、医药及资具等供养、恭敬、尊重、赞叹，以及对诸佛如来、应供、正等觉佛陀圆寂后之佛塔，以及对声闻僧众，亦以衣服、饮食、卧具、坐具、 医药及资具等供养、恭敬、尊重、赞叹，其功德远胜于此。 此非如是。 八万颂般若波罗蜜多中，名为受持与赞叹之利益品，第三十品竟。 第三十品，赞叹之利益品。
English
Those Buddhas, the Bhagavat, who dwell in the ten directions, and also the gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, asuras, garudas, kinnaras, and mahoragas, cause splendor to enter their bodies. Kauśika! Any son or daughter of good family who possesses the mind of perfect omniscience, and who holds, recites, masters, and properly attends to this Perfection of Wisdom, will fully obtain the qualities of this life. Kauśika! Furthermore, any son or daughter of good family who does not hold, recite, master, or properly attend to this Perfection of Wisdom, but writes it in a book and holds it, and honors, respects, esteems, and praises it with flowers, incense, perfumes, flower garlands, ointments, powders, clothes, umbrellas, banners, and flags, Kauśika! That son or daughter of good family will generate more merit than one who, in the ten directions of the surrounding world realms, honors, respects, esteems, and praises with clothes, food, bedding, seats, medicine for the sick, and implements, the Tathagatas, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Buddhas who dwell there, together with the Sangha of Hearers, and who also honors, respects, esteems, and praises with clothes, food, bedding, seats, medicine for the sick, and implements, the stupas of the Tathagatas, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Buddhas who have passed into complete nirvana, and also the Sangha of Hearers. It is not like that. This is the thirtieth chapter, called "The Benefits of Holding and Praising," from the Eighty Thousand Verse Perfection of Wisdom. Thirtieth Chapter: The Benefits of Praising.
