Does not arise. The perception of sentient beings also does not arise. Abiding in the state of non-duality, he deliberately takes on such a body that can benefit sentient beings in whatever form it may be. He will never be separated from that vehicle until he attains the wisdom of all-knowingness. Even after he has attained all-knowingness, he will turn the wheel of Dharma that cannot be turned by the world, including all the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, as well as gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, asuras, garudas, kinnaras, mahoragas, and humans and non-humans. When he attains complete and perfect enlightenment in unsurpassed, perfect Buddhahood, the Buddhas, the Bhagavadatas, residing in the world systems as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River in the eastern direction, will also praise him, saying: In a certain world system called such and such, a certain Bodhisattva Mahasattva, having mounted the Great Vehicle, has attained all-knowingness, and having attained all-knowingness, has also turned the wheel of Dharma. Thus, they proclaim his fame and sing his praises. Similarly, the Buddhas, the Bhagavadatas, residing in the world systems as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River in the southern, western, northern, northeastern, southeastern, southwestern, northwestern, lower, and upper directions, will also praise him, saying: In a certain world system called such and such, a certain Bodhisattva Mahasattva has attained all-knowingness, and having attained all-knowingness, has also turned the wheel of Dharma. Thus, they proclaim his fame and sing his praises. Shariputra, endowed with life, thus a Bodhisattva Mahasattva is called one who abides perfectly in the Great Vehicle. From the Eight Thousand Verse Prajnaparamita, this is called the thirteenth chapter, the chapter on the Six Perfections. Thirteenth, Chapter on the Six Perfections.
