I have neither hesitation nor doubt about these. However, in the time when the Bhagavan had not yet appeared, the monks of the Hearer Vehicle, or the monks of the Pratyekabuddha Vehicle, or the Bodhisattva Vehicle would say this: If all dharmas are of the nature of non-inherent existence, then for all dharmas that are of the nature of non-inherent existence, who will be afflicted or purified? Because they do not understand affliction and purification, they will lead to wrong discipline, wrong views, wrong conduct, and wrong livelihood. Because of wrong discipline, wrong views, wrong conduct, and wrong livelihood, these beings will fall into one of the three evil destinies: hell, the animal realm, or the realm of Yama. Bhagavan, having seen these fears that had not yet arisen, I asked the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Awakened Buddha about this matter. Bhagavan, I have neither hesitation nor doubt about these dharmas. The Bhagavan said: Well done, well done! It is just as you said. This is the end of the fifty-ninth chapter of the Twenty-Five Thousand Verse Prajnaparamita. Fifty-ninth chapter.
