བསླབ་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཆོས་མང་པོ་འཆད་པ། བསླབ་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཆོས་མང་པོ་འཆད་པ། ད་ནི་བསླབ་པ་རྣམས་སྨྲ་བར་བྱ་སྟེ། དེ་ལ་བསླབ་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྔོན་གྱི་ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པ་ནི་འདི་ཡིན་ཏེ། སྡོམ་ལ། ཆོས་གོས་ལེགས་བགོ་མགོ་མི་གཡོག །མཆོང་དང་ལུས་ནི་བསྒྱུར་བ་དང། །འདུག་པ་དང་ནི་རྐང་པ་དག །ཚོགས་སུ་ཡང་དག་བསྡུས་པ་ཡིན། །སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་སྒྲ་གཅན་གྱི་དྲང་སྲོང་ཀུན་འཛི་ཀའི་འདུག་གནས་ན་བཞུགས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་སྐྱེ་དགུའི་བདག་མོ་ཆེན་མོ་གོའུ་ཏ་མི་ཤཱཀྱ་མོ་སྐྲ་བྲེགས་ཤིང་གོས་ངུར་སྨྲིག་བགོས་པ་ལྔ་བརྒྱ་ཙམ་དང་ལྷན་ཅིག་སྒྲ་གཅན་གང་ན་བ་དེར་རྒྱུ་ཞིང་དོང་སྟེ། རིམ་གྱིས་རྒྱུ་ཞིང་དོང་བ་ན། སྒྲ་གཅན་གྱི་དྲང་སྲོང་ཀུན་འཛི་ཀའི་འདུག་གནས་སུ་ལྷགས་སོ། །གང་གི་ཚེ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་སྐྱེ་དགུའི་བདག་མོ་ཆེན་མོ་གོའུ་ཏ་མི་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས། ཆོས་འདུལ་བ་འདི་ལ་དགེ་སློང་མ་རྣམས་རབ་ཏུ་འབྱུང་བ་དང། བསྙེན་པར་རྫོགས་པར་རྗེས་སུ་གནང་བར་མཛད་པ་དེའི་ཚེ། དེ་དག་བདག་ཅག་གིས་ཇི་ལྟར་ཆོས་གོས་དག་བགོ་བར་བྱ་ཞེས་མ་ཤེས་པའི་སྐབས་དེ། དགེ་སློང་མ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་དགེ་སློང་དག་ལ་སྨྲས་པ་དང། དགེ་སློང་དག་གིས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་གསོལ་ཏོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། ཆོས་གོས་ཧ་ཅང་རྩེངས་པ་མ་ཡིན་པ་དང། ཧ་ཅང་འཇོལ་བ་མ་ཡིན་པ་ཟླུམ་པོར་བགོ་པར་བྱའོ། །གང་གི་ཚེ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་ཆོས་གོས་དེ་ལྟར་བགོ་བར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་གསུངས་པ་དེའི་ཚེ། སྐྱེ་དགུའི་བདག་མོ་ཆེན་མོ་ལ་སོགས་ཏེ། རང་བཞིན་དུ་གནས་པའི་དགེ་སློང་མ་དེ་རྣམས་ ཀྱིས་ཆོས་གོས་དང་ཤམ་ཐབས་བགོས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་དུས་གཞན་ཞིག་ན། དགེ་སློང་མ་བཅུ་གཉིས་སྡེ་དག་ཤམ་ཐབས་ཧ་ཅང་རྩེངས་པར་གྱོན་པ་དང། དེ་དག་ལ་དགེ་སློང་མ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་སྨྲས་པ། ཁྱེད་ཅག་ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་ཤམ་ཐབས་ཧ་ཅང་རྩེངས་པར་གྱོན། དེ་དག་གིས་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས། ཁོ་མོ་ཅག་ཁྱིམ་པ་ན་འདི་ལྟར་གོམས་སོ་ཞེས་སྨྲས་པ་ནས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། ཆོས་གོས་དང་ཤམ་ཐབས་ཧ་ཅང་རྩེངས་པར་བགོ་བར་མི་བྱའོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་ཤམ་ཐབས་ཧ་ཅང་འཇོལ་བར་ཡང་བགོ་བར་མི་བྱའོ་ཞེས་དེ་ལྟར་བསླབ་པའི་གཞི་བཅའ་བ་མཛད་པ་དང། དེ་དག་ཤམ་ཐབས་གྱོན་པ་ན། གློ་དག་ཏུ་ལྟེབས་པར་བྱེད་ནས། དེ་དག་ལ་དགེ་སློང་མ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་སྨྲས་པ། ཁྱེད་ཅག་ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་ཤམ་ཐབས་གྱོན་པ་ན། གློ་དག་ཏུ་ལྟེབས་པར་བྱེད། དེ་དག་གིས་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་སྨྲས་སོ། །ཁྱིམ་པ་མོ་དག་འདི་ལྟར་གྱོན་ནོ

讲述许多应学习的法。 讲述许多应学习的法。 现在要讲述应学之处，其中应学之处的前行偈颂是：总的来说，法衣善穿头不摇，跳跃与身体转变等，坐姿以及足部等，于众会中皆善摄。 佛陀薄伽梵住在罗睺仙人昆兹迦的住所。之后， प्रजावती（藏文：སྐྱེ་དགུའི་བདག་མོ།，梵文天城体：प्रजावती，梵文罗马拟音：Prajāvatī，汉语字面意思：生主母）大母瞿昙弥释迦女，剃除头发，身着袈裟，与五百人左右一同前往罗睺所在之处。次第行走到达罗睺仙人昆兹迦的住所。当世尊依止 प्रजावती（藏文：སྐྱེ་དགུའི་བདག་མོ།，梵文天城体：प्रजावती，梵文罗马拟音：Prajāvatī，汉语字面意思：生主母）大母瞿昙弥，允许在此律中比丘尼出家和受具足戒时，她们不知如何穿着法衣。比丘尼们对比丘们说，比丘们禀告了世尊。世尊开示说：法衣不要太紧，也不要太松，应圆满穿着。当世尊说应如此穿着法衣时， प्रजावती（藏文：སྐྱེ་དགུའི་བདག་མོ།，梵文天城体：प्रजावती，梵文罗马拟音：Prajāvatī，汉语字面意思：生主母）大母等，自然安住的比丘尼们便穿着了法衣和下裙。之后，在另一时，十二群比丘尼穿着非常紧的下裙，比丘尼们对她们说：你们为何穿着如此紧的下裙？她们说：我们在家时就习惯这样穿。之后，世尊开示说：法衣和下裙不应穿得太紧。同样，下裙也不应穿得太松。就这样制定了学习的基础。当她们穿下裙时，将裙边折叠起来。比丘尼们对她们说：你们为何在穿下裙时，将裙边折叠起来？她们说：在家人就是这样穿的。

Among them, the preliminary verses for the things to be learned are as follows: In summary: The Dharma garment is well worn, the head does not shake. Jumping and body movements, etc. Sitting and also the feet, etc. Are well gathered in the assembly. The Buddha, the Bhagavan, was residing in the abode of the Rishi Rahula Kunjika. Then, Prajāvatī (藏文：སྐྱེ་དགུའི་བདག་མོ།，梵文天城体：प्रजावती，梵文罗马拟音：Prajāvatī，汉语字面意思：生主母) the great mother Gautami Shakya woman, having shaved her hair and wearing saffron robes, along with about five hundred people, went to where Rahula was. Gradually walking and arriving, they reached the abode of the Rishi Rahula Kunjika. When the Bhagavan, relying on Prajāvatī (藏文：སྐྱེ་དགུའི་བདག་མོ།，梵文天城体：प्रजावती，梵文罗马拟音：Prajāvatī，汉语字面意思：生主母) the great mother Gautami, granted the nuns ordination and full ordination in this Dharma-Vinaya, at that time, they did not know how to wear the Dharma garments. The nuns spoke to the monks, and the monks reported to the Bhagavan. The Bhagavan said: The Dharma garment should not be too tight, nor too loose, it should be worn in a rounded manner. When the Bhagavan said that the Dharma garment should be worn in that way, Prajāvatī (藏文：སྐྱེ་དགུའི་བདག་མོ།，梵文天城体：प्रजावती，梵文罗马拟音：Prajāvatī，汉语字面意思：生主母) the great mother, and so on, those nuns who were naturally abiding, wore the Dharma garment and the lower garment. Then, at another time, twelve groups of nuns were wearing very tight lower garments, and the nuns said to them: Why are you wearing such tight lower garments? They said: We are accustomed to wearing them like this at home. Then, the Bhagavan said: The Dharma garment and the lower garment should not be worn too tightly. Likewise, the lower garment should not be worn too loosely. Thus, the basis for learning was established. When they wore the lower garment, they folded the edges. The nuns said to them: Why do you fold the edges when you wear the lower garment? They said: Laywomen wear it like this.
