因此，应当以谨慎的态度进行瑜伽修行。如来、应供、正等觉佛陀的菩提，以及其他与此相似的善法，菩提之道的诸法，也都能以谨慎的态度获得。世尊的声闻僧团事务少，行为少，僧团最初有什么事务呢？询问圣母们是否希求和完全清净。询问之后也要说出来。对于释迦狮子，双手合掌，念诵别解脱戒，为了调伏的缘故，从我这里听闻。听闻之后，大仙应当如所说般修行，对于微小的过失，也要努力断除。总是努力追逐的，难以驾驭的心马，用相应的利钉钉住，缰绳就是这别解脱。那些伟大的人，仅仅用语言就能约束自己，不越雷池一步，这些人是好马，必定能在烦恼的战场上获胜。谁没有这缰绳，也永远不会满足，这些人被烦恼的战场搅乱，漂泊不定。请圣母僧团听闻。今天僧团的布萨是十四日或十五日。如果僧团认为时机成熟且可以容忍，请僧团允许。今天僧团举行布萨，念诵别解脱经。这是祈请。圣母们，我们应当行布萨，我将念诵别解脱经。好好听，好好记住，我将为你们宣说。你们之中谁有堕罪，就坦白吧。没有堕罪就不要说话。如果没人说话，我就知道圣母们是完全清净的。如同分别询问后比丘尼回答那样，对于这样的比丘尼僧团，也要宣说三次。如果哪个比丘尼在这样的比丘尼僧团中，宣说三次后，有堕罪却明知故犯不坦白，那就是明知故犯说妄语。 圣母们，明知故犯说妄语是世尊

Therefore, one should practice yoga with diligence. The enlightenment of the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened Buddha, and other virtuous dharmas similar to it, the dharmas of the path to enlightenment, can also be attained through diligence. The Sangha of the Blessed One's Shravakas has few affairs and little activity. What affairs does the Sangha have at the beginning? Ask the noble mothers if they desire and are completely pure. After asking, also speak it out. For that Shakya Lion, with ten fingers joined in reverence, recite the Pratimoksha. For the sake of taming, listen from me. After hearing, the great sage should practice as spoken, and for even the smallest faults, strive to abandon them. The mind-horse that is always striving and difficult to control, nail it with a corresponding sharp peg, the rein is this Pratimoksha. Those great ones who can restrain themselves with mere words and do not cross the boundary, these are good horses, and they will surely be victorious in the battle of afflictions. Whoever does not have this rein and will never be satisfied, these people are disturbed by the battle of afflictions and wander aimlessly. Please listen, noble Sangha of mothers. Today is the fourteenth or fifteenth day of the Sangha's Uposatha. If the Sangha deems it timely and tolerable, please allow the Sangha. Today the Sangha performs the Uposatha and recites the Pratimoksha Sutra. This is the request. Noble mothers, we should perform the Uposatha, and I will recite the Pratimoksha Sutra. Listen well and remember well, and I will explain it to you. Whoever among you has transgressions, confess them. If there are no transgressions, do not speak. If no one speaks, I will know that the noble mothers are completely pure. Just as the Bhikshunis answer after being asked individually, so too for this Sangha of Bhikshunis, it should be proclaimed three times. If any Bhikshuni in such a Sangha of Bhikshunis, after being proclaimed three times, has transgressions but knowingly does not confess, then that is knowingly speaking falsehoods. Noble mothers, knowingly speaking falsehoods is the Blessed One

被时间间隔的法被宣说了。因此，想要比丘尼的堕罪完全清净，对于存在的堕罪，应当忆念而坦白所见。坦白则能安住于触及安乐。不坦白不忏悔则不能。圣母们，我已宣说了别解脱经的诵读开端。对此，我将询问圣母们，你们在此是否完全清净？是否在此完全清净？这样询问两次三次。在此，圣母们若完全清净，则如此不语，便如此持之。 比丘尼别解脱经中，别解脱经诵读的开端。

The Dharma that is interrupted by time has been spoken. Therefore, those nuns who wish to be completely purified of their transgressions should confess what they have seen, remembering that there are transgressions. If they confess, they will abide in touching happiness. If they do not confess or repent, they will not. Holy mothers, I have finished reciting the introduction to the recitation of the Pratimoksha Sutra. Thereupon, I will ask the holy mothers, are you completely pure in this? Are you completely pure in this? I will ask this two or three times. If the holy mothers are completely pure in this, then holding it as it is by not saying anything.
