་དེ་ལ་ཆོས་བསྟན་པར་བརྩམས་ནས། དེས་དེ་ལ་ཅི་ནས་ཀྱང་དེའི་སེམས་དད་པར་འགྱུར་བ་དེ་ལྟར་ཆོས་ཀྱི་གཏམ་བྱས་སོ། །དེ་དད་པར་གྱུར་ནས་སྨྲས་པ། བདག་གིས་འཕགས་པ་ལ་ལེགས་པར་གསུངས་པའི་ན་བཟའ་ཕྲུགས་གཅིག་འབུལ་ལོ། །བཞིན་བཟངས་ཨ་རོག་ཁྱ། སྦྱིན་པ་འདིས་ཁྱོད་སེམས་ཀྱི་རྒྱན་དང་། སེམས་ཀྱི་ཡོ་བྱད་དང་། རྣལ་འབྱོར་གྱི་ཚོགས་དང་། དོན་གྱི་མཆོག་དང་། ལྷ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་གོས་དག་ཐོབ་པར་ཡུར་ཅིག །བཞིན་བཟངས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས། སང་དག་འཆི་ཡང་སུ་ཤེས་ཀྱིས། །དེ་རིང་ཉིད་དུ་བརྟུལ་ཏེ་བྱ། །འཆི་བདག་སྡེ་ཆེན་དེ་དག་ནི། །ཁྱེད་ཅག་བཤེས་པ་མ་ཡིན་ནོ། །ཞེས་གསུངས་ཀྱིས། བཞིན་བཟངས་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་རས་ཟུང་ བཟང་པོ་གྱོན་པ་འདི་ཉིད་ཁོ་བོ་ལ་བྱིན་ཅིག་དང་། ཁོ་བོས་འདི་ལས་སྣམ་སྦྱར་ཉི་རིམ་བྱས་ཏེ་སེམས་ལས་ཆུང་དུས་དགེ་བའི་ཕྱོགས་ལ་བདེ་བར་ཏྲོན་བྱའོ། །འཕགས་པ་ཁྱོད་འདི་བཞེད་དམ། ལྷའི་གནས་ཀྱི་ལྷག་མ་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུའོ། །འཕགས་པ་བདག་ཁྱོད་ལ་མི་འབུལ་བ་ནི་མ་ལགས་ན། འདི་ལྟར་འདི་ནི་མཆིས་བྲང་གིས་བདག་ལ་སྩལ་བ་ལགས་སོ། །ཁྱིམ་བདག་ཁོ་བོས་ཁྱོད་གཞན་ལ་དད་པར་བྱས་ནཁྱོད་ཀོ་བུད་མེད་ཁོ་ནའི་དབང་ཡིན་ནམ། ཞེས་ཉེ་དགས་དང་ན་དུས་ཀྱི་ཕྱེད་ཀྱིས་དེའི་བླ་གོས་བླངས་ནས་དེ་ལག་པ་གཉིས་འདྲིལ་བར་བྱེད། བཞིན་སྒྱུར་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །ཁྱིམ་བདག་གིས་དེ་ལ་སྨྲས་པ། འཕགས་པ་འདི་ཅིའི་ཐ་ཚིག་ཁྱིམ་བདག་འདི་ནི་ཁྱོད་ལ་ཡོངས་སུ་བཏང་བ་ལས་བྱུང་འི་བསོད་ནམས་བྱའི་གཞི་ནི་ཡོད་ན་ཡོངས་སུ་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་པ་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་བསོད་ནམས་བྱ་བའི་གཞི་ནི་མེད་དེ་། ནམ་ཞིག་ན་འདི་དང་འདྲ་བ་རྙེད་ན་འདི་ལས་ཆོས་གོས་བྱེད་པར་འགྱུར་བས་འདི་ཆོས་གོས་ཀྱི་གདང་ཁོ་ན་ལ་ཟད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །འཕགས་པ་ཅི་བདག་སྒྲེན་མོར་མཆི་བར་བགྱིའམ། ཁིམ་བདག་ཁྱོད་ལ་གོས་གྱོན་པས་ཅི་ཞིག་བྱ། ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་དང་། རིགས་དང་། སྤྱོད་པ་གྱོན་པས་ཆོག་མོད། གཅེར་བུ་ལ་ངོ་ཚ་ཤེས་པ་དང་། ཁྲེལ་ཡོད་པ་ཉམས་པ་དེ་དག་ནི་སྒྲེན་མོར་འགྲོ་ན་མི་སྡུག་པ་0ཡིན་གྱི་ཁྱོད་ལྟ་བུ་ངོ་ཚ་ཤེས་པ་དང་། ཁྲེལ་ཡོད་བ་དང་ལྡན་པ་ལ་སྒྲེན་མོར་འགྲོ་བ་མི་སྡུག་པ་ཅི་ཡོད། ཁྱིམ་བདག་ཁྱོད་དོར་ཐུང་མི་གྱོན་ནམ། འཕགས་པ་འཚལ་ལོ། ཁྱིམ་བདག་ཁྱིམ་བདག་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཀུན་དུ་སྤྱོད་པ་ནི་དོར་ཐུང་གྱོན་ཏེ་ཤིང་ཚལ་ཐོགས་ལ། བ་ལང་གི་ཕྱི་བཞིན་སོད་ཤིག་དང་། སྐྱེ་བོ་དག་གིས་བ་ལང་སུར་འགྲོ་བ་ཕྱིར་བྱུང་བ་ཞིག་ཡོན་

然后就开始为他说法，像那样说了法的开示，务必使他的心生起信心。他生起信心后说道：我将供养圣者您一件善说的上好衣服。面容姣好者啊，愿此布施使你获得心的庄严、心的资具、瑜伽的聚积、义的殊胜，以及诸神的衣服！面容姣好者，世尊也曾这样说过：明日将死，谁能知晓？今日就应精进修行。死亡之主的大军，不是你们的朋友啊！这样说了。面容姣好者，请将你所穿的这件上好丝绸给我吧，我将用它做成双层袈裟，在年幼时就能安心地趋向善法。圣者，您意下如何？就像天界的剩余物一样。圣者，我并非不供养您，而是因为这是米藏赐予我的。居士，我让你对他人产生信心，难道你仅仅是女人的奴隶吗？说完，就在近处和半夜时分夺走了他的上衣，然后双手合十，改变脸色。居士对他说：圣者，这是什么话？居士我完全施舍给您，如果由此产生的福德之基存在，就应该完全享用由此产生的福德之基，如果不存在，那么什么时候能找到像这样的东西，就用它来做袈裟，这样它就只会耗费在袈裟的框架上。圣者，难道我要赤身裸体地走吗？居士，你穿衣服有什么用？穿上戒律、种姓和行为就足够了。对于赤身裸体感到羞耻和惭愧的那些人，赤身裸体行走是不好的，像你这样有羞耻心和惭愧心的人，赤身裸体行走有什么不好？居士，你不穿短裤吗？圣者，我知道。居士，居士们的通常行为是穿着短裤，拿着木棍，像牛一样在外面放牧，人们会问牛去哪里了。

Then he began to teach him the Dharma, and in that way he gave Dharma teachings in such a way that his mind would definitely generate faith. Having generated faith, he said: I will offer the noble one a well-spoken, excellent garment. O fair-faced one, may this generosity cause you to obtain the adornment of the mind, the implements of the mind, the accumulation of yoga, the supreme meaning, and the garments of the gods! O fair-faced one, the Bhagavan also said this: Who knows if one will die tomorrow? One should strive to practice today. Those great armies of the Lord of Death are not your friends! Thus he spoke. O fair-faced one, please give me this fine silk that you are wearing, and I will make a double-layered patchwork robe from it, so that I can happily turn towards virtue from a young age. Noble one, do you agree to this? Just like the remnants of the heavenly realm. Noble one, it is not that I am not offering it to you, but it is because this was given to me by Michang. Householder, I have made you have faith in others, are you merely a slave to women? Having said this, he took away his upper garment nearby and in the middle of the night, and then folded his hands and changed his expression. The householder said to him: Noble one, what is this talk? Householder, I have completely given it to you, and if the basis of merit arising from this exists, then one should fully enjoy the basis of merit arising from this, and if it does not exist, then whenever one finds something like this, one will use it to make a robe, so that it will only be spent on the frame of the robe. Noble one, am I to go naked? Householder, what is the use of you wearing clothes? It is enough to wear discipline, lineage, and conduct. Those who are ashamed and embarrassed to be naked, it is bad to walk naked, but what is bad about walking naked for someone like you who has shame and embarrassment? Householder, do you not wear shorts? Noble one, I know. Householder, the usual behavior of householders is to wear shorts, carry a stick, and graze outside like a cow, and people will ask where the cow has gone.
