སྔགས་པ་བརྗོད་ཅིང་། བདག་ལ་རོ་དང་འདྲ་བ་མཆིལ་མ་ཟ་བ་ཞེས་བརྗོད་པས་ཀུན་ཏུ་སྤྱད་དོ་སྙམ་ནས། དེ་ན་ལྷས་བྱིན་གྱིས་དེའི་དང་པོར་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་ཀུན་ནས་མནར་སེམས་དང་མི་བཟོད་པ་དང་ཡིད་མི་ཆེས་པ་བྱས་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དེ་ནས་ལྷས་བྱིན་གྱིས་སྡོད་ཅིག་ཅེས་བརྗོད་དེ། མགོ་ལན་གསུམ་ལྕོགས་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་སྤྱན་སྔ་ནས་སོང་ངོ་།། ། བཅུ་པ། དགེ་འདུན་གྱི་དབྱེན་བྱེད་པའི་དགེ་འདུན་ལྷག་མ་བཤད་པ།

念诵密咒，并说“我像吃味道一样的口水”而到处炫耀。那时，提婆达多首先对薄伽梵（世尊）产生了极度的恼怒、不耐和不信任。之后，提婆达多说“住下！”，然后摇了三次头，从薄伽梵面前离开了。 第十，讲述制造僧团分裂的僧残。
