Great King, in the first countless eons, from Buddha Shakyamuni to the guide Yukor Kyong, during that time, I offered to seventy-five thousand Buddhas. In the past countless eons, I offered to all the Victors, and in order to become a Buddha, I had no sense of weariness. Great King, in the second countless eons, from Buddha Dipamkara to Buddha Indradhvaja, I offered to seventy-six thousand Buddhas. When the second countless eons were complete, I offered to all the Victors, and in each and every rebirth, I had no sense of weariness. The father speaks of the Bodhisattva's conduct. Hearing that the Buddha is free from desire, Seeing the elephant's great arrogance, And seeing the world transformed into suffering, I generated the mind of Bodhi. When I became a radiant sovereign, Because I desired Bodhi, I firmly made a vow, And gave offerings without flaw. When I became a potter, Seeing the Buddha Shakyamuni, For the sake of Bodhi, I first, Offered butter and sesame oil. In other past lives, When I became the daughter of a merchant, Seeing the Buddha Kaundinya, I made the offering of lamps. For those whom other Buddhas could not subdue, I was formerly among the three pitakas, When monks and the Sangha argued, I spoke of women to the Sangha. Because of committing the fault of speech, In many lifetimes I became a woman. Again, having generated faith, I obtained a male body. In other past lives, When I became the son of a king, To my elder brother, the jewel crown, I made offerings with the gift of lamps, For three months and sixty days, I served the one who brings happiness. To the stupa of that deceased one, I offered all my wealth. When I became a merchant, I offered the sound of a lute for three months. That tall stupa, I had ninety-one stories built. When I became a Brahmin, Seeing the Buddha Glorious Birth, I rejoiced. After joining my palms well, again, I made offerings to the best of men. When I was formerly a Brahmin, When many scriptures were fearless, The Buddha, wishing to benefit, Was invited to my seat. Formerly, when I was an ascetic A sage abiding in the Dharma, Seeing the Buddha Kaundinya, I jumped from the top of a mountain. Even though I became a sage, I was delighted, Seeing the Buddha, pleasing to behold, For the sake of roots and fruits, I invited him to the dwelling place. To the world's guide with beautiful eyes, When I became a sage, I paid homage. With pleasing tree bark, I covered the best of men.
