བ་བྱ།། །།འདུལ་བ་གཞི། བམ་པོ་སུམ་བཅུ་པ། གནས་འཇོག་དག་ད་ལྟར་གྱི་མི་རྣམས་ཚེ་དང་། ཁ་དོག་དང་། སྟོབས་དང་། ལོངས་སྦྱོད་ཀྱི་བར་དག་ཉམས་པ་ལ་ལྟོས། རྡོ་འདི་ནི་བསྐལ་པ་དང་པོའ་མི་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཕང་ ཚད་ཀྱི་རྡོ་ཡིན་ཏེ། འདི་ལ་ལག་རྗེས་ཀྱང་སྣང་ངོ་། །དེ་རྣམས་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཡ་མཚན་སྐྱེས་ནས་དེ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྟོབས་ཀྱི་དྲེགས་པ་གང་ཡིན་པ་དེ་མེད་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་གྱད་དེ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་བསམ་པ་དང་། བག་ལ་ཉལ་དང་། ཁམས་དང་། རང་བཞིན་མཁྱེན་ནས་དེ་དང་མཐུན་པའི་འཕགས་པའི་བདེན་པ་བཞི་རྟོགས་པར་འགྱུར་བའི་ཆོས་བཤད་པ་མཛད་དེ། དེ་ཐོས་ནས་འཇིག་ཚོགས་ལ་ལྟ་བའི་རིའི་རྩེ་མོ་ཉི་ཤུ་མཐོ་བ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་རྡོ་རྗེས་བཅོམ་ནས་རྒྱུན་དུ་ཞུགས་པའི་འབྲས་བུ་མངོན་སུམ་དུ་བྱས་ཏེ། དེ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བདེན་པ་མཐོང་ནས་ལན་གསུམ་དུ་ཆེད་དུ་བརྗོད་པས་ཆེད་དུ་བརྗོད་པ། བཙུན་པ་འདི་ལྟ་བུ་ནི་བདག་ཅག་ལ་མས་མ་བགྱིས་ཏེ། ཕས་མ་ལགས། རྒྱལ་པོས་མ་ལགས། ལྷ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་མ་ལགས། སྔོན་གྱི་འདས་པས་མ་ལགས། དགེ་སྦྱོང་དང་བྲམ་ཟེས་མ་ལགས། སྡུག་པས་མ་ལགས། རང་གི་སྐྱེ་བོ་དང་གཉེན་གྱི་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་མ་ལགས་པ་གང་ལགས་པ་བདག་ཅག་ལ་མཛད་དེ། བདག་ཅག་གིས་དགེ་བའི་བཤེས་གཉེན་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་དང་། དུད་འགྲོ་དང་། ཡི་དགས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་གནས་ནས་ནི་རྐང་པ་དྲངས། ལྷ་དང་མི་རྣམས་སུ་ནི་རབ་ཏུ་བཀོད། འཁོར་བ་ལས་ནི་རིང་དུ་མཛད། ཐོག་མ་མེད་པ་ནས་བསགས་པའི་འཇིག་ཚོགས་ལ་ལྟ་བའི་རིའི་རྩེ་མོ་ཉི་ཤུ་མཐོ་བ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་རྡོ་རྗེས་བཅོམ་ནས་རྒྱུན་དུ་ཞུགས་པའི་འབྲས་བུ་མངོན་སུམ་དུ་བགྱིས་ཏེ། བཙུན་པ་བདག་ཅག་ནི་འཕགས་སོ། །མངོན་པར་འཕགས་སོ། །དེ་ལྟ་བས་ན་བདག་ཅག་ནི་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དང་། ཆོས་དང་། དགེ་སློང་གི་དགེ་འདུན་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆི་ལགས་ཀྱིས། བདག་ཅག་དགེ་བསྙེན་དུ་གཟུང་དུ་གསོལ། དེང་སླན་ཆད་ཇི་སྲིད་འཚོའ་བར་དུ་སྲོག་དང་ཡང་བསྔོས་ཏེ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆི་བར་མངོན་པར་དད་ལགས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་ཚེ་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་ལ་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་ཀུ་ཤའི་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་གང་ན་བར་འདོང་ངོ་། །བཙུན་པ་བཀའ་བཞིན་འཚལ་ ཞེས་ཚེ་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཀུན་དགའ་བོས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་ལྟར་མཉན་ཏོ། །དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་སྡིག་ཅན་དུ་མ་བཞུད་པར་ཀུ་ཤའི་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་གང་ན་བར་རྒྱུ་ཞིང་གཤེགས་ཏེ། རིམ་གྱིས་རྒྱུ་ཞིང་གཤེགས་པ་དང་ཀུ་ཤའི་གྲོང

Homage. Vinaya-vastu, Volume 30. Observe the decline of lifespan, complexion, strength, and enjoyment of the present inhabitants. This stone is the height stone of the people of the first kalpa, and handprints also appear on it. They were very amazed by this, and all their pride of strength disappeared. Then, the Blessed One, knowing the thoughts, habits, faculties, and nature of those giants, taught them the Dharma that would enable them to realize the Four Noble Truths. After hearing this, the twenty high peaks of the mountain of the view of the perishable collection were destroyed by the vajra of wisdom, and they directly realized the fruit of stream-entry. After seeing the truth, they specifically proclaimed three times, specifically proclaiming: Venerable, such a thing has not been done for us by our mother, nor by our father, nor by the king, nor by the gods, nor by the former deceased, nor by the ascetics and Brahmins, nor by asceticism, nor by our own kinsmen and relatives. You have done for us what has not been done. We, relying on the Blessed One, the spiritual friend, have lifted our feet from the realms of sentient beings in hell, animals, and hungry ghosts, and have placed them in the realms of gods and humans, and have distanced ourselves from samsara. The twenty high peaks of the mountain of the view of the perishable collection, accumulated from beginningless time, have been destroyed by the vajra of wisdom, and we have directly realized the fruit of stream-entry. Venerable, we are noble ones, we are supremely noble ones. Therefore, we take refuge in the Blessed One, the Dharma, and the Sangha of monks. We beseech you to accept us as lay practitioners. From now on, for as long as we live, we will even dedicate our lives and manifest faith and take refuge. Then, the Blessed One said to the venerable Ananda: Ananda, where are you going to the city of Kushinagar? Venerable, as you say. The venerable Ananda listened to the teachings of the Blessed One. Then, the Blessed One did not go to the city of sin, but went to the city of Kushinagar, gradually traveling and arriving at Kushina.
