Having taken it with a hook, just as the king of eye doctors clears away the cataracts of the world, so too, for the sake of sentient beings, may I open the eyes of all the Buddhas. Oṃ cakṣu cakṣu samanta cakṣu viśodhane svāhā (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning), with this, one should open the eyes with a hook made of gold, etc. Then, one should open the ears. Holding an ear pick made of gold, just as the Buddhas strike the drum of Dharma, rescuing those who are impoverished by hearing sounds, so too, for the sake of sentient beings, may I open the ears of the Buddhas. Oṃ dībya karṇaye svāhā (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning). Then, one should open the nose. Holding a nose clip made of gold, etc., for the sake of all sentient beings, to eliminate the odor of the contaminated aggregates, just as one obtains the pure fragrance, may I open the nose of the Buddhas. Oṃ dībya ghrāṇāye svāhā (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning). Then, holding a hook, one should open the mouth. Just as one satisfies all beings with the joyful sound of the Dharma, with this supreme food of a hundred flavors, I offer and open the mouth of the Buddhas. Oṃ dībya mukhāye svāhā (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning). Offering the tooth-stick: Just as with the precious and supreme Karavera, with respect and service, one cleanses the odor of the teeth, may one obtain the accomplishment of the Sugata's speech, and may all beings understand the meaning of the Dharma in their own languages. Oṃ dībya danta śodhaya svāhā (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning). If it is the attire of a Chakravartin, then one should comb the hair with a conch-shell comb. The hair is a high, dark blue topknot, coiled to the right, adorned with blazing jewels, extremely beautiful, pleasing to the eyes of gods and humans, and for the sake of obtaining merit, one combs the hair of the Buddhas. Oṃ karma madhara li hūṃ (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning). Offering the precious head ornament: The Sugata's body is endowed with marks and signs, and although it is adorned with the supreme ornaments of enlightenment, I offer the excellent and special ornaments such as precious necklaces, Semoto, etc. Oṃ ratna alaṃkāra hūṃ (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning). Then, holding a razor, if it is the form of a renunciate, one shaves the hair, just as the Teacher abandoned the signs of a householder in front of the self-arisen stupa, for the sake of all sentient beings, may I abandon the signs of a householder. Oṃ sarva śodhana khacchada hūṃ (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning). Having put on the monastic robe, the upper garment, and the lower garment, just as the king of medicine, Jivaka, for the body of the Buddhas
