Thus it should be written. In the west, the Naga king named Nangden Tsukpudchen, who has seven heads, should be drawn together with his retinue. In the north, the Naga king named Cloud Body, who has nine heads, should be drawn together with his retinue. Banners, blue clothes, blue victory banners, and all offerings should also be blue. The key to subduing the Nagas is to use the three sweets. Seven libations of the three sweets should also be offered in a fire sacrifice with the essence of the Nagas. The kings of the clouds should also be drawn, touching each other to cause a continuous rain, and finally causing lightning to flash. Here, offerings should be made of auspicious foods such as auspicious fruits, penze, meat, fish meat, and excellent foods made from honey. Then, a pure Dharma speaker wearing clean clothes should recite the chapter of the Wind Mandala, which is the essence of all the Nagas. Then, starting from the first day, the Nagas will make the sound "di ri ri," and will utter pleasing sounds. Do not have doubt or contempt for this chapter. If the ocean exceeds its time, then this rain will also exceed its time.
