Thus have I heard: Once, the Blessed One was teaching the Dharma on the great Mt. Ritangzung. Then, the Blessed One, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Vajrapani, praised and extolled by all the Buddhas, honored and greatly delighted, was also dwelling there. Then, the Buddha Blessed One breathed life into beings with his hand and sat on a lotus seat in the east, where flames were burning everywhere. To the right of the Blessed One is the four-armed Great Strength, one hand holding a whisk, one hand making a gesture of reverence, the right hand holding a vajra club, the left hand holding a rope, his reddish-brown hair standing on end, and his eyes red. Below him is the Blessed One Vajradhara and his retinue. To the right is the King of Vidyas, Nodme, and to the left is Amrita Tapasya. Then, the essences are placed as if in a reddish moon. The essence is Kili Kila, the dharani of walking and flying, the body red, Vajra Destroyer, and Great Vajra, the essence of the essence.
