Now it will be blessed. Whoever places a Buddha image or all stupas within it, the Tathagata's image will be blessed as the nature of the seven precious things. The rosary of the Dharma wheel and the bell connected to the net of chimes, and the images of auspiciousness and rain needles together with the bell, will be blessed as the nature of the seven precious things. All the Tathagatas and the power of this Dharma category, the blessing and the truth, and the vows, will be blessed until the essence of Bodhi. Any sentient beings who kiss and caress that stupa will surely not regress, and will manifest the Unsurpassed Perfect Complete Enlightenment. With just one prostration and circumambulation, one will be completely liberated from places such as the Avici Hell, and will not regress from the Unsurpassed Perfect Complete Enlightenment. Wherever there is a stupa or such an image, that place will also be blessed by all the Tathagatas. That place will not be disturbed by fierce nagas. It will not be disturbed by hail and frost. That place will not be disturbed by fierce or malicious creatures. It will not be disturbed by wild animals. The fear of fierce birds, parrots, squirrels, mice, mules, flesh flies, mosquitoes, sand, three-mouthed ants, mouths, and horseflies will not occur. It will not be disturbed by venomous snakes. That place will not experience plague, contagious diseases, and strife. The fear of yakshas, rakshasas, beings, ghosts, and forgetfulness will not occur. It will not be disturbed by all demons. All the nets of bells and chimes will transform into the nature of the seven precious jewels. In all four directions, images of the Tathagatas will abide. The stupa blessed by the blessings of all the Tathagatas will become a precious stupa, a stupa of the essence of relics, and a place of offering. The images and stupas will be fully protected by the gods of the Akanishta realm and will be fully embraced by offerings. Then, in the presence of the Bhagavan, the great leader of the Yaksha hosts, Vajrapani, spoke thus: "Bhagavan, what will be the special qualities of this Dharma teaching?" The Bhagavan said: "Vajrapani, this is the essence of the blessings of all the Tathagatas, the secret relic casket seal dharani. Therefore, this power is blessed with such special qualities of merit." Vajradhara asked: "Bhagavan, would you please explain the Dharma teaching of the precious casket seal dharani?"
