以谦逊之心抵挡傲慢。名声是恶魔，所以不要追随。懒惰是敌人，所以要远离。如果这样修行，就没有违缘，顺缘心中所想都能实现。寿命和修行相等，就是冈波巴。愿噶举派珍宝都能成就。然后是回向和发愿：十方三世诸佛及菩萨请垂听。我随喜圆满二资粮。我于三世所积善根，供养三宝。 愿佛陀的教法兴盛，将善根回向给一切众生。愿一切众生都能成佛。将一切善根汇集，愿在我相续中成熟。愿消除二障，圆满资粮，寿命延长，无有疾病，修行证悟增长。愿此生证得十地。何时寿命终结，愿立即往生极乐世界。往生后莲花开放，愿在此身成就佛果。获得菩提后，乃至生生世世，愿以化身引导众生。如是说，唉玛吙！奇哉阿弥陀佛，右边是观世音菩萨，左边是大势至菩萨等，无量佛菩萨眷属围绕。安乐幸福不可思议的极乐世界，我从这里寿命终结后，没有其他中阴间隔，愿立即往生到那里，见到阿弥陀佛。以我如此发愿的力量，祈请十方一切诸佛菩萨，无碍成办，加持于我。达雅塔，班杂支扎亚 阿瓦波达呢 梭哈。（藏文：ཏདྱ་ཐཱ།，梵文天城体：तद्यथा，梵文罗马拟音：tadyathā，汉语字面意思：如是）。班杂支扎亚 阿瓦波达呢 梭哈。（藏文：པཉྩནྡྲི་ཡ་ཨ་ཝ་བོ་དྷི་ན་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：पञ्चन्द्रिया अवा बोधिना स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：pañcendriya ava bodhinā svāhā，汉语字面意思：五根觉悟成就）。如此念诵。全知邬金莲花生大师，是真实化身，无与伦比的圣者，第七世噶玛恰美仁波切将所有甚深口诀汇集在一起，开示说通过这个“见即解脱”的红观修法，七亿人将能往生极乐世界。没有比这更甚深的了，释迦牟尼佛所说的一切法中都没有，是所有乘法的顶峰。它的实践简单，就像口头念诵一样，前所未有。杰尊仁波切·喜饶扎巴编纂的仪轨虽然相似，但没有传承，因此，噶玛饶觉

Repel arrogance with humility. Fame is a demon, so do not follow it. Laziness is the enemy, so stay far away from it. If you practice like this, there will be no obstacles, and all favorable conditions will be fulfilled in your mind. If lifespan and practice are equal, that is Gampopa. May all the precious Kagyu lineages be accomplished. Then, the dedication and aspiration: Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of all directions and times, please listen. I rejoice in the completion of the two accumulations. The merits I have accumulated in the three times, I offer to the Three Jewels. May the Buddha's teachings flourish, and may the merits be dedicated to all sentient beings. May all beings attain Buddhahood. Gathering all the roots of virtue, may they ripen in my mindstream. May the two obscurations be purified, and the accumulations be completed, may lifespan be long, free from illness, and may experience and realization increase. May I attain the tenth bhumi in this life. When my lifespan ends, may I be reborn in Sukhavati immediately. After being born, may the lotus flower open, and may I attain Buddhahood in that body. After attaining enlightenment, for as long as samsara exists, may I guide beings with emanations. Thus, Emaho! Wonderful is the Buddha Amitabha, on his right is Avalokiteshvara, and on his left is Mahasthamaprapta, and so on, surrounded by immeasurable Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. In that realm of Sukhavati, which is immeasurably blissful and wonderful, when my lifespan ends here, without any interruption of other bardo states, may I be reborn there immediately and see the face of Amitabha. By the power of my aspiration, I pray that all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, without hindrance, accomplish this and bless me. Tadyatha, Pañcendriya Ava Bodhinā Svāhā. Recite these and so on. The omniscient Orgyen Padmasambhava, who is the actual embodiment, the incomparable holy one, the 7th Karma Chakme Rinpoche, having gathered all the profound instructions together, revealed that through this Red Practice of "Seeing Liberates," seven hundred million people will be able to be reborn in Sukhavati. There is nothing deeper than this, it is not found in all the teachings spoken by Shakyamuni Buddha, it is the pinnacle of all vehicles. Its practice is easy, like oral recitation, and it has never happened before. At the urging of Sadon Nyer Chenpo, this Karma Dechen Nyingpo, which serves as a recitation practice, has been written with my own unadorned sincerity, embracing all difficulties. If there are any errors or faults, I confess and repent before Padmasambhava and Araga, who are inseparable. May all who see, hear, remember, or touch this text be reborn in Sukhavati through this merit. May the precious teachings of the Buddha Padmasambhava flourish and spread in all directions and times, and may they remain in this world for a long time. Auspicious! Auspicious! Auspicious!
