之后十六位尊者， 将教法收摄后寂灭。 释迦牟尼教法完全隐没， 之后寿命光彩向上增， 圆满正觉不会降临， 转轮圣王大量出现。 之后寿命之年向下减， 八万岁时弥勒降临。 如今四十已过半， 是宝藏书中如是说。 如今教法住世量， 宣说不动足等时， 之前五百之五及， 二十九之年数已过。 如今五百之四及， 四百七十一又重聚。 秘密旧续之宗派， 能仁教法五百之八及， 年为八十九已逝。 教法之年四百及， 十一存在其之上， 仅持表相五百有。 克什米尔大班智达宗， 年为五百之四及， 一百九十五已逝， 如今五百之六及， 三百及年有五年。 彼之理路其他宗， 为易懂故未书写。 仅持表相之时中， 虽不具足真实见行， 如灯临终转明亮， 说教法极度兴盛。 教法五百之十者， 是显宗宣说之住世量。 密宗教法之住世量， 出自大乌鸦续典中。 身语意之教法三， 五百之数各安住。 功德五百之二及， 事业五百之二安住。 其后护法怙主之， 四种事业一一者， 五百之数一一故， 五百之数乃十一。 之后如今此时期， 随顺松赞干布之规， 五百之八已逝后， 护法所说之教法， 年数七十一已逝。 尤其大圆满教法， 身之教法五百及， 五千之三安住也。 语与意者五百及， 五千之数各安住。 寿命六十起算至， 十岁之间意教法。 意之此时教法根， 自生身乃天之境， 三十三天金刚手之， 楼阁顶层皆安住。 经函光芒四射

Now, four times five hundred and, Four hundred and seventy-one are reunited. According to the tradition of the Ancient Secret Mantras, The Sage's teachings have passed eight times five hundred and, Eighty-nine years. The teachings are four hundred years, And eleven exist, and on top of that, There are five hundred who only hold the signs. According to the Kashmiri Great Pandit tradition, Four times five hundred years, One hundred and ninety-five have passed, Now, six times five hundred and, Three hundred and five years exist. Other traditions of that reasoning, Are not written for the sake of easy understanding. Even in the time of only holding the signs, Although genuine view and conduct are not present, Like a lamp becoming brighter before dying, It is said that the teachings will be extremely widespread. The ten times five hundred years of the teachings, Is the duration of the Sutra tradition. The duration of the Mantra tradition, Is spoken of in the Great Crow Tantra. The three teachings of body, speech, and mind, Each lasts for five hundred years. For the two times five hundred years of qualities, The two times five hundred years of activities remain. After that, for each of the Four activities of the Dharma Protector Lord, Each is five hundred years, So there are eleven times five hundred years. Then, in this present time, Following the tradition of Songtsen Gampo (宋贊干布，约605-650 CE), After eight times five hundred years have passed, For the teachings spoken of by the Dharma Protector, Seventy-one years have passed. Especially, the Great Perfection teachings, The body teachings are five hundred and, Three times five thousand years. The speech and mind are five hundred and, Each is five thousand years. From the age of sixty onwards, Until the age of ten, it is the mind teachings.
