受用享乐。森林中的大象、骏马、优良品种，以及有毒的、有气势的蛇王，还有鳄鱼、水牛、老虎和犀牛等，都用自己的咒语力量召唤而来，骑乘也毫无稀奇的人们，观看时如果能见到秘密真言成就者，就能摧毁魔众，降下财宝雨。化为如意树，施予众生一切所需。所有财神的一切财物全部召唤而来，为了利益众生而施舍。如是说。如果以檀香坛城来念诵此秘密真言和证悟，那么其身体不会受到毒害，不会因毒而死。不会发生麻风病的恐惧，不会发生淫欲的恐惧，不会发生麻风病的恐惧，不会发生疾病的恐惧，不会发生龙的恐惧，不会发生蛇的恐惧，不会发生老虎和野兽的恐惧，不会发生武器的恐惧，不会发生敌人的恐惧，不会发生贫困的恐惧，不会发生非时死亡的恐惧。如是说。勇士独修等，出自其他续部。嗡 咕噜 咕噜 吽 梭哈 (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཀུ་ལླེ་ཧཱུྃ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ओṃ कुरु कुल्ले हुं स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ kuru kulle hūṃ svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡 咕噜 咕噜 吽 梭哈)。至尊度母心咒，力量无碍，自在三界。如是说。吉祥桑布扎中说：吽字所生的天女，是度母，从轮回中救度。仅仅如此观想，修行者就能获得成佛。其他成就更不用说了。如是说。利益：加持不可思议。对于红色度母的这些殊胜的灌顶口诀，萨迦派大师们都极为保密，除了具器弟子单传外，极为秘密重要。如是说。萨迦派大师修持此法，因此国王的王权以及整个藏区都被掌握在手中。因此，这是所有怀摄口诀中，最为深奥广大的口诀教导。如是说。对此极为保密，据说除了个别之外，没有传播的传统，不对人说，念诵数量确定。

Enjoy and indulge. The elephants of the forest, the excellent horses with noble breeds, and the venomous, majestic snake kings, as well as crocodiles, water buffaloes, tigers, and rhinoceroses, are all summoned by the power of one's own mantra. People who ride them without any wonder, if they happen to see the accomplished one of secret mantras, they will destroy the demons and cause a rain of wealth to fall. Transforming into a wish-fulfilling tree, they bestow whatever is desired by all beings. All the wealth of all the wealth deities is summoned, and given for the benefit of all sentient beings. Thus it is said. If this secret mantra and realization are recited by making a sandalwood mandala, then the body will not be harmed by poison, and one will not die from poison. The fear of boils will not arise, the fear of lust will not arise, the fear of leprosy will not arise, the fear of disease will not arise, the fear of nagas will not arise, the fear of snakes will not arise, the fear of tigers and wild animals will not arise, the fear of weapons will not arise, the fear of enemies will not arise, the fear of poverty will not arise, and the fear of untimely death will not arise. Thus it is said. The solitary practice of a hero, etc., from other tantras. These sacred empowerment instructions of Red Tara were kept extremely secret by the great Sakyapas. It is extremely important to keep them secret, except for transmission to a single worthy vessel. Thus it is said. The great Sakyapa practiced this, and therefore the kingdom of the king and all of Tibet were brought under his control. Therefore, this is the most profound and vast of all the methods for subjugation, and it is a teaching of secret instructions. Thus it is said. This was kept extremely secret, and it is said that there was no tradition of spreading it except for one at a time, not speaking to people, and performing a fixed number of recitations.

And, what is the intention of Je Chokyi Wangchuk saying "enough" and abolishing the rituals? This seems to be a deity of desire who gathers all sentient beings under her power. Desire is a demon, so it is said to be a black demon. Moreover, if one practices this too much, even if a large monastic community gathers, it will be considered that everything will become a cause for excessive attachment to beauty and strong craving, therefore the rituals were abolished. It is not the case that lust arises towards women like Saraswati. The daughter born of a god is not a daughter of a human. However, it appears to mean that the mind becomes very attached due to habituation. Therefore, this instruction can be transmitted to a virtuous spiritual friend who can benefit the Buddhist teachings, and to a Bodhisattva who single-mindedly thinks of the benefit of the teachings. If it is transmitted to someone who has no meaning for the teachings, who has no qualities of learning, contemplation, and meditation, or who does not think of the benefit of the teachings even if they have them, one's own vows will be broken, and the other person will become attached and their desire will burn fiercely, so do not transmit it. It is not good to practice excessively for those who do not think of the benefit of the teachings. However, if one receives the empowerment and transmission of this, the benefits are beyond imagination. In the realization of Kurukulle it says: By merely seeing the mandala powder, one quickly attains Buddhahood. So it is said. In order to request such an empowerment, offer the mandala with the intention of offering a mandala made of red sandalwood, arranged with various jewels piled up.
