Though appearing as it is, it is empty. Whoever realizes this, merges space into space. A great spectacle arises. Thus it is said. Gyaton Chokyi Zangpo said: Whatever arises, whatever appears, look at its essence. If there is an observer, look at that too. If there is happiness, look at the essence of happiness. If an observer appears, look at that too. If there is suffering, look at the essence of suffering. If there is an observer, look at that too. If, by looking, you do not find what to look at, then do not grasp it, but discard it. If you do not find the observer himself, then do not grasp it, but discard it. Thus it is said. From the Red Instruction of Great Compassion: The Completion Stage is to arrange the seven aspects of the body's posture. Leave the breath in its natural state. Do not deliberately think of anything, but keep the mind focused and still. This is the first step of keeping it without distraction. Once you are accustomed to this, identify whatever thoughts arise, and leave them in their own state. This is the intermediate step of keeping it without alteration. Based on this, let consciousness wander wherever it goes in all objects and subjects, and release it on top of that. This is the final step of letting it go as it pleases. If you are sinking, sit in a cool place and look upwards. If you are agitated, sit in a warm place and look downwards. Thus it is said. The Venerable Tsuklak Trengwa said: Therefore, whatever good or bad thoughts arise, such as happiness and suffering, afflictions, the three poisons, do not follow them, but turn your face inward and stare at them. Just as there is no difference in the moisture of all water, the self-nature of all consciousness, which is empty and clear, is pure by its very nature. Therefore, there is nothing to accept or reject, and there is no need to do anything. Knowing this from within, it will spontaneously be accomplished beyond the intellect. Whatever virtuous deeds, such as generosity, are done with this correct view, will be named as the perfection of generosity, etc., and will become a strong cause for unsurpassed enlightenment, the union of the two accumulations. The true meaning of all vehicles will be meditated upon at once, and it will become the supreme among all unions of calm and insight. Thus it is said. Drungchen Kunga Namgyal said: The key to Samadhi is to let the mind relax in its natural state. Look nakedly at the essence of the relaxed mind. Rely on continuous mindfulness simply by not being distracted. Whatever thoughts arise, do not deliberately accept or reject them.

Do nothing, look at your own face. Thus it is said. Hoping for meditation to arise, doubting that it has not arisen, hoping to become better, hoping for good experiences and realizations, doubting falling into obstacles and wrong paths. Without doing even a hair's breadth, in a state of nothing to meditate on, rely only on the mindfulness that is not distracted, finished. Edited and published by the Ancient Book Restoration Room of Kham Upper Region Craft Culture Sutra Secret Mantra Dharma Spreading Continent.
