Now offer the Maṇḍala of appearance and existence. For those who understand these meanings and have wisdom, accumulating merit is very important. To accumulate merit, one must make offerings to the Three Jewels, and in particular, offering to the Lama is the most complete and excellent way to accumulate merit. In all offerings, when initially preparing the offerings, there is the impurity of difficulty and mixture with sin; during the actual offering, there is the impurity of miserliness; and afterwards, there is the impurity of regret and remorse. Because the Maṇḍala is free from these three impurities, it is a pure offering. Gling Ras said, "There is no greater merit than offering the Maṇḍala by stretching out one's arms." Furthermore, if one has very little wisdom and cannot grasp so much visualization, then in the sky in front, on a lotus and moon cushion, visualize the embodiment of the Lama and all the Three Jewels, Amitābha Buddha, with a body color like ruby red, a protuberance on the crown of his head, a white hair between his eyebrows, and so on, complete with all the marks and signs. He is wearing the three Dharma robes and sitting in the vajra posture. His hands are in the meditation mudra, holding a begging bowl filled with nectar. Like this, whenever you offer the Maṇḍala and offerings, clearly visualize it in the sky, and in front of it, offer your body, possessions, and virtuous roots from this life, all previous lives, and all future lives. Offer the four continents with Mount Meru, the enjoyments of the gods above, the enjoyments of the nāgas below, the enjoyments of humans in between, all the summer flowers, all the autumn harvests, and all the nectar of five colors said to exist in the realm of the gods, taking them with your own mind and visualizing offering them. At these times, you should know the verses of the Maṇḍala. If you do not know them, it is sufficient to visualize and recite the six-syllable mantra. As King Songtsen Gampo said, "The meaning of 'various appearances are the torma of the path' is also this." As the saying goes, "If you have courage in your heart, a pebble is enough for a weapon." Like this, if you know how to visualize, there is no difficulty in accumulating merit. Like this, no matter whether you visualize the elaborate or concise Maṇḍala, afterwards, dissolve the deity assembly of the offering place into yourself, and rest your body, speech, and mind in an uncorrected state. This is the accumulation of wisdom. This was said by the great accomplished Mitra.

said, the mandala of suchness and the offering without object are, meditating on the meaning of selflessness, which is the supreme of offerings. Thus, in the chapter of the son of the gods, Wise and Excellent, it is said: The Bodhisattva who desires enlightenment, in billions of kalpas, as many as the sands of the Ganges, with flowers, incense, and likewise food and drink, offering to a thousand Buddhas, the supreme among men, with what and from where, self and life, there is no such dharma of a person, having obtained it, he obtains excellent light upon it, he, with the supreme among men, makes offerings. Thus it is said. Also in the Sutra of the Great Lion's Roar: Whatever does not generate concepts and signs, that is the offering of the Tathagata. Engaging without acceptance or rejection and without duality, that is the offering of the Tathagata. Friends, the body of the Tathagata is the nature of non-existence, therefore, abiding in the concept of its existence, the offering is not easy. Thus it is said. In the Sutra of Meeting Father and Son, it is said: Emptiness relies on the Dharma, whatever pleases the realm of activity of the Buddhas, showing those is offering, this offering is unsurpassed. Thus it is said. Also in the Tantra of Secret Nectar: Offering is by the meaning of pleasing, offering incense etc. does not please, making one's own mind serviceable, is the great offering of pleasing. Thus it is said. Thus, by practicing, as a sign of completing the accumulation, even if one does not eat much food, one does not become unaware, with wisdom, one knows many dharmas that one had not heard before, one remembers many dharmas that were spoken before and enjoys practicing, and the ability to use the mind arises. Also in dreams, many women give food and drink, the sun and moon rise, one walks upwards, one walks on a field of flowers and picks flowers, one wears new clothes, one wears ornaments, one crosses water, one goes to the other shore, one builds a boat or bridge on the water, one polishes and looks at mandalas and mirrors, one blows conches, one beats big drums, one plays musical instruments, one looks at temples, etc. are dreamed. However, there is no basis for dreaming only once or twice, therefore, these signs appear again and again, or actually or in experience or those actually happen, then it is slightly a true sign of completing the accumulation. Thus it is said in the Great Treatise on the Great Seal Guidance. Again, mandala
