妥善安排，其中不完整和别处遗漏之处，予以补全，稍许应隐藏之处，在此书中另行隐藏。即使非常愚笨之人也能轻易理解，我顶戴至尊衮噶南嘉（贡噶南杰）之足尘，稍得其恩德，将断法视为修行道，稍有证悟体验之山居者，从阿惹虎年闰月黑月（藏历）初十开始，在四日之座间记录下来。若有错谬之处，向玛吉拉准及传承上师们忏悔。愿以此善行，彻底战胜四魔之战，愿一切众生获得法身大乐之母之果位。特别是，愿我和弟子及传承者，以及所有见、闻、忆、触此法之人，一旦命终，三处空行母，以种种供养之云前来迎接，引导至西方极乐世界。以此书写之清净善根，愿以父母为主的如虚空般无边无际的众生，今生彻底战胜四魔之战，来世迅速获得大乐之母之果位，从而获得圆满正等觉之佛果。吉祥！愿增长！康区上部囊谦（囊谦县）昂冈工艺文化显密法兴寺古籍修复室整理出版。全知让炯多吉所著，为断法会供所需之简明观修次第。

It is well arranged, and where it is incomplete or omitted elsewhere, it is supplemented, and where it is appropriate to hide it slightly, it is hidden separately in this book. Even the most foolish can easily understand it. I, a mountain dweller who has taken the dust of the feet of the venerable Kunga Namgyal (Gunga Namgyal) on my head and received a little of his kindness, who regards the practice of Chöd as the path, and who has gained a little experience of certainty, have recorded it from the tenth day of the dark month of the intercalary month of the Tiger year (Tibetan calendar) in Ara, during the four days of sessions. Whatever errors or mistakes there may be, I confess to Machik Labdrön and the lineage masters. May all beings attain the state of the great mother of Dharmakaya by completely overcoming the battle of the four maras through this virtue. In particular, may I, my disciples, and all those who see, hear, remember, and touch this, be greeted by the three places of dakinis with clouds of various offerings when they pass away, and be led to the western Sukhavati. By this pure virtue of writing, may all sentient beings, with parents as the main focus, who are as infinite as space, completely overcome the battle of the four maras in this life, and quickly attain the state of the great mother in the next life, so as to attain the state of perfect enlightenment. May there be auspiciousness! May it increase!
