A systematic arrangement of cemetery recitations, called "Cutting Off Cemetery Ghosts," is a compilation of all the essential points of cemetery practice. A systematic arrangement of cemetery recitations, called "Cutting Off Cemetery Ghosts," is a compilation of all the essential points of cemetery practice. (Tsa) A systematic arrangement of cemetery recitations, called "Cutting Off Cemetery Ghosts," is complete, being a compilation of all the essential points of cemetery practice. Namo Jnana Dakiniye. I prostrate with reverence to the wrathful black mother, the mistress of the charnel ground. For the benefit of beings, I will clearly arrange the recitation sequence of the cemetery practice. May the Dharma-protecting Dakinis grant their blessings. First, on the night of going to the cemetery, it is good if you yourself are joyful and your samadhi is clear. It is bad if you are dull and your awareness is unclear. As soon as you think of going, cast the subjugation implement, Phat. Visualize yourself as the Great Mother, and from her heart, if the deceased is male, a golden vajra is emitted; if female, a silver vajra; if an ordinary person, an iron vajra is emitted like an arrow. It falls into the house of that cemetery. From it, rays of light, with a vajra hook, catch all the gods and demons. The rays of light, with a vajra lasso, bind them tightly, so they have no power to escape. Meditate that they have no power to escape. As soon as you see the corpse, Phat. Visualize yourself as the wrathful red-black mother, from the crown of your head, a tiger-faced roar is emitted, and from it, a sharp golden axe is emitted. It strikes the heart of the corpse, and meditate that it is split open with a crack. Then go to the corpse and say, "Alas, all sentient beings are of such a nature. They have not transcended such a Dharma nature." Think of impermanence and stay for a moment. Then, "Alas, this deceased one is an old mother of countless lifetimes. Now the appearance of this life has vanished, and she is in a state of not knowing where to go. How pitiful. I will pray to the lineage of lamas and Machig Labdrön, and show her the way to the pure land." Generate such a thought. With the deceased at the head, all sentient beings, I take refuge in the lama! I take refuge in the Buddha! I take refuge in the Dharma! I take refuge in the Sangha! I take refuge in the holy lamas of the profound Chö lineage! I take refuge in Machig Labdrön, the Great Mother, and the assembly of the five classes of dakinis! May the deceased have happiness, be free from suffering, and quickly attain Buddhahood.

In order to place it on this ground, one should show the path of liberation and offer the aggregates as a gift. PHAṬ. (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: PHAṬ) Instantly, transform yourself into Machig Labdrönma, with a body color that is white with a reddish glow. The right hand holds a golden ḍāmaru, which is played and struck in the sky. The left hand holds a silver bell, resting on the hip. The body is adorned with a white silk shawl, and a red belt is tied around the waist. The hair cascades down the back like a waterfall. The three eyes gaze into space. The waist is slender, and the breasts are full. She is like a sixteen-year-old maiden. Dancing gracefully on a lotus, moon, and sun seat, surrounded by hundreds of thousands of ḍākinīs. Above in the sky, all the lamas of the Chö lineage are present like a mass of clouds. Son or daughter of such and such (referring to the name of the deceased), listen, you who have passed away! The venerable father, the Buddha, said, "Death is not death, but the expansion of a small Yoga." Therefore, keep these three essential instructions for transforming death into the path in mind. Now, the appearances of this life have faded for you, and the appearances of the next life have not yet arisen. At this time when there is no certainty about which path, good or bad, you will take, you need the transference of consciousness, the forceful enlightenment of a great sinner. In this regard, Machig Labdrönma said, "Chö opens the door of the sky; a hundred transferences cannot compare." Therefore, meditate in this way: First, visualize your body as an empty, clear bubble, like a blown bladder. In the center of it, there is a central channel, about the size of a medium-sized arrow shaft, white on the outside and red on the inside. The lower end is inserted into the secret place, and the upper end is wide open at the Brahma aperture at the crown of the head. Oh, inside that channel, visualize at the wheel of great bliss at the crown of your head, Machig Sangye Khandro, who is white in color; at the wheel of enjoyment at the throat, Machig Padma Khandro, who is red in color; at the wheel of Dharma at the heart, Machig Vajra Khandro, who is blue in color; at the wheel of emanation at the navel, Machig Ratna Khandro, who is yellow in color; and at the wheel of bliss and protection at the secret place, Machig Karma Khandro, who is green in color. All the ḍākinīs are small in stature and have well-proportioned limbs. They are naked, adorned with six bone ornaments, and hold a ḍāmaru and bell in their hands, making a tinkling sound. They dance gracefully, as if about to leap up, as if about to fly. Then, we
