十方诸佛菩萨众， 化现忿怒事业身， 调伏难调诸有情， 智慧怙主黑袍尊， 具德童子四臂者， 狮面空行母等众， 供养男系怙主之誓言， 供养女系天母之誓言， 祈请垂念赐加持。 今乃五浊恶世时， 祈愿佛法得兴盛， 祈愿持教者得高升， 我与弟子及眷属， 战胜魔障诸战场。 以三学之庄严善妙， 于生圆二次第得稳固， 愿能即生成就佛果。 尤其以此身之所依， 成为教法与众生之怙主， 成办广大成就之事业。 汝等誓言与承诺， 与我意愿成一体之故， 纵然异族然誓言唯一， 是故莫懈怠成办事业。 如是，乃是观照怙主总集之食子，请示两位掘藏大师后，于约定的时间，在梦境中，出现一位持咒的比丘，头戴发髻，光彩夺目，正在观看食子。响起一阵声音说：平息障碍，成就一切所愿，最为殊胜。未能辨认是何本尊，见到一位左手拿着念珠。心想这是什么，又听到一阵声音说：左手置于禅定印之上，持有青金石，能成就一切所愿。右手结予愿印，能成就一切事业。听闻此声后，记录下来。

All Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, Manifesting as wrathful activity bodies, Taming the difficult-to-tame sentient beings, Wisdom Protector Black Cloak, Virtuous Youth with Four Arms, Lion-faced Dakini and others, Fulfill the vows of the male lineage Protectors, Fulfill the vows of the female lineage Goddesses, We pray, please look upon us with compassion. Now is the time of the five degenerations, May the Buddha's teachings flourish, May the upholders of the teachings rise high, May I, my disciples, and retinue, Conquer the battlefields of demonic obstacles. Adorned with the ornaments of the three trainings, Having gained stability in the two stages of generation and completion, May we attain Buddhahood in this very life. Especially through this very body as a basis, Become the protector of the teachings and beings, Accomplish the activity of vast achievements. Your vows and promises, Being one with my intentions, Although of different races, our samaya is one, Therefore, do not be negligent, accomplish the activity. Thus, this is the contemplation of the Protector's general collection of tormas. After consulting with two treasure revealers, at the appointed time, in a dream, a mantra-holding monk appeared, wearing a topknot, radiant, watching the torma. A sound arose saying: Pacify obstacles, accomplish all wishes, most supreme. Unable to recognize which deity it was, I saw one holding a rosary in his left hand. Thinking what this was, I heard another sound saying: The left hand placed in the meditation mudra, holding lapis lazuli, can accomplish all wishes. The right hand making the varada mudra, can accomplish all activities. After hearing this sound, I wrote it down.

玛萨拉！示现怖畏幻变之神通，为慈悲故而断绝命根，祈愿成就所托之事业。如是完成一小事业，火光闪耀，流星划过。出现诸多真实梦境之征兆，正直大士嘉瓦（རྒྱ་བོ་）尊者，头戴灰帽现于前方，向我恭敬脱帽致意。因此也写下此偈。 第七，康区上部囊谦（ནང་ཆེན，今青海玉树囊谦县）昂冈（འབང་སྒང་）工艺文化显密法增洲（ཆོས་འཕེལ་གླིང་）古籍修复室编辑出版。 比丘Ra ga A sya（རཱ་ག་ཨ་སྱ）五十二岁猴年之月二十五日为止，期间的一些体验之歌。
