Where to mix? Mix without separation by guarding the essence. The water of India and the water of Tibet, although different due to the region, there is no difference as water. Similarly, the Guru's mindstream and one's own mind-essence are without difference, the essence is emptiness as one, the nature is clarity as one, and compassion is unceasing as one. To this, the mind and intention merge as one, which is called the yoga of the Guru's Dharmakaya. Similarly, mix the mind-essence with all sentient beings such as hell beings and pretas. If one realizes non-duality as one, then the view is that samsara and nirvana are non-dual. But there are still many times of forgetting, and then regret arises from forgetting. This is the fault of not mixing shamatha and vipashyana, and one should repeatedly remember and clarify. Look at the distraction from the outside, observe the nature of the distraction, and it will also disappear empty. That will be of some help. Place the nature of distraction in the mind, look straight at its nature, and observe what differences there are in it. The gold in front of an old man and the gold in front of a thoughtless child, the difference lies in knowing and not knowing, but as gold there is no difference. Similarly, the mind of distraction and non-distraction, the non-dual nature is the Dharmakaya itself. If it is not just understanding, but realizing its meaning from the depths of the heart, then it is called complete knowledge, and is regarded as one of the mixed shamatha and vipashyana. Regarding this, Gampopa said: Always expect not to be distracted, even if you don't rely on mindfulness, because there is no difference between distraction and non-distraction. Milarepa said: It doesn't matter even if you are slightly distracted. However, repeatedly remembering to clarify it, this is a profound teaching. There is no need to rely on the guardian of mindfulness, constantly being in the unchanging state of self-nature, naturally proceeding in practice, that is probably the state of no-meditation. I don't have that experience. The difference between having meditation and not having meditation is whether you need a guardian of mindfulness or not. There is no object of meditation and no meditator, and when day and night pass, needing a guardian of mindfulness is having meditation. Not needing any guardian of mindfulness, constantly abiding in the state of practice, that is probably called no-meditation. The scriptures and the Buddha's teachings, not mixing the eighteen sounds, the mind is not placed in equality, not possessing, what is said is like that. Such a wish is very strong. Even if there is good practice, the mind is

If there is no arising of compassion, one goes astray into the path of the lesser vehicle, the Shravakas. Generate compassion for non-conceptual beings. All sentient beings are one's own mind. The nature of mind is primordially empty. Those sentient beings who cling to substantiality, one does not see even one in the six realms of samsara. This is called thoroughly purifying samsara. Even though there is no object for the cultivation of compassion, nevertheless, towards such non-conceptual sentient beings, intense compassion arises spontaneously. This is called objectless compassion. When one gains certainty in this, then the benefit of others arises spontaneously. This is the essence of the Dharma according to the Sutra system. One's own body is primordially the Yidam deity, it is the nature of the Samaya Sattva. The nature of mind is primordially the Yidam deity, it is the nature of the Jnana Sattva. Without needing invocation and so forth, knowing one's own mind as the deity, this is called the Tantra within Secret Mantra. The wind moving inward is Om The letter A residing in the belly is A The letter Hum moving outward is Hum Know that this is it. One day is equivalent to accomplishing twenty-one thousand six hundred recitations. This is called recitation without beads. It is spoken in all the old and new Tantra classes. If one does not cultivate the Yidam deity, even if the practice of emptiness is excellent, one will not attain Buddhahood in three countless eons. First, like a rainbow appearing in the sky, without separating the practice from clinging, one should clearly visualize the Yidam deity. Like a reflection in a mirror, one should clearly visualize the ornaments and attire. Like the moon appearing in water, one should cultivate it as appearing but without inherent existence. The stage of generation and the stage of completion, these two stages, wherever the two stages are united, this is the teaching of the Buddha. Thus spoke Vajradhara. The union of generation and completion is the root of Secret Mantra practice. In the two rays of the morning and evening sun, look at rainbows, light, bindus, and tiny dots. When the eye sees rainbows and light, blend the practice with the essence of mind itself. As said by Samantabhadra, the six hundred and forty thousand Tantras, all practices are included in this. Karma Pakshi also said, "Mahamudra and Mahasandhi, although there is a difference in words, there is no difference in meaning." Karma Pakshi Rangjung Dorje, Yungton Rolpai Dorje, and others, all entrusted the intention of the union of Mahamudra and Mahasandhi. Therefore, Karma Rinchen, you, the union of Mahamudra and Maha
