Eliminate it with that. This rigid body is like earth and stone. The empty mind is like the insubstantial sky. What is called disease is merely a conceptual thought of the mind. Look at the mind, the thinker who thinks "I am". When you look at it, emptiness and clarity appear nakedly. When does pain arise, if you can look at the mind, The suffering of disease will appear as the Great Seal. This is the instruction of Naropa the Great Pandit. If you practice like this constantly, Disease and sickness are the broom of obscuration. When the time comes when body and mind separate, When you recognize yourself as being in the bardo, In the western realm of Sukhavati, Make the one-pointed aspiration to go there yourself. There, as soon as you think of it, you will go. That remembrance is enough, there is no difficulty. That quickness or slowness depends on the current flow. There, having seen the face of Amitabha, With joy in your heart, you will be born in the lotus bud. That is the blessing of seeing the Buddha. There is no need to identify the lotus seat, etc. Because that is the intention of the sutras and tantras. You should not doubt, keep it in your heart.
