这是Ra Ga A Sya所说。

Accumulation will eventually be destroyed. Gathering will eventually be dispersed, and hoarding will eventually be exhausted. These things will inevitably happen, and the world will not remain unchanged. From the beginning of the kalpa until now, No one has survived without dying. The Lord of Death, Yama, the lord of karma, Without distinguishing between enemies and friends, old and young, Without distinguishing between high and low, takes everyone away. When the time of death arrives, Apart from the sacred Dharma, There is no other refuge or hope. Even if there are hundreds of relatives and friends, You will go alone without companions. Even if there are oceans of food and wealth, You will not be able to take even a little bit. This illusory body that you cherish and protect, Will become a rotting corpse, disgusting. To this land that you are so attached to, In the future, your own mind, If you tame it now, it will always be beneficial. Accomplishing great virtue, Is like a good horse with a well-fitted saddle. Using the reins of aspiration to change direction, To the pure land ahead, You will surely reach any place you desire. Loving-kindness, compassion, and bodhicitta, Are like seeds planted in fertile fields. If they are not damaged by sin and hail, The fruit of unsurpassed enlightenment will ripen. If you raise the guru, the wish-fulfilling jewel, To the top of the banner of devotion, Then the great accomplishment of Mahamudra, Will be effortlessly and spontaneously achieved. Without letting go of even a single thought, In times of distraction, this piece of paper, Write down these words as best as you can, If they are in accordance with the truth, then practice them. If they are meaningless, then laugh it off. This was said by Ra Ga A Sya. In the Horse year (Tibetan calendar), on the waxing moon of the fifth month (Tibetan calendar), Written from the boundary of darkness and mist. Tashi Delek, Mangalam (Tibetan: མངྒ་ལཾ།, auspicious). Hey, listen, people gathered here! Recite the Mani (Tibetan: མ་ཎི།) out loud! Death approaches without warning. The battlefield of your and my disputes, and The chattering tongues, and The vulgar and base behaviors should be abandoned. Tea and alcohol should be consumed in moderation. Keep the eight precepts and other fast days. Erect the image of the Tathagata (Tibetan: ཏ་ཐ་ག་རེ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: तथागत, Sanskrit Romanization: tathāgata, Literal meaning: Thus Gone). Even for beggars, Now strive to do whatever good you can. So that you will not regret it when you are old, sick, and dying. Do not become the bride of Pade Pude (transliteration). Take out the Prajnaparamita Sutra. Do not slaughter livestock and other domestic animals. Respect your mother and father. Inscribe the six-syllable mantra (Tibetan: ཡིག་དྲུག, Sanskrit Devanagari: षडक्षरी, Sanskrit Romanization: ṣaḍakṣarī, Literal meaning: six letters) on cairns and trees. When going to the market to do business, When going back and forth, Always observe your mind. Treat the guru like a hat.

Meditate on the crown of the head. Offer the essence of food and drink to the Three Jewels. During times of distraction with "Ah-re, U-re," Shamelessly meditate on the generation stage. Release male animals like rams and sheep for life liberation. Dedicate the mind to Dharma at Lachen Lophuk (place name). Even meat, abstain from meat offered to the deceased and sacrificial meat. Wherever you reside, be harmonious with people. If understood, the sacred Dharma becomes easy. Ah-chang, I am just joking. This is what A-rag said to the general public. Hey, listen, devotees of Bje Gema (place name)! Do not sit idly, engage in recitation and practice. No matter how you think, there is no way to avoid death, I remember impermanence of death from the depths of my heart. There is no need for frivolous chatter. Proper attire and clothing are the adornment of the teachings. Except for tea and feast wine, do not drink other wine. On the tenth and tenth days of the month, offer offerings. Circumambulate and prostrate to the relics of Tathagata (Thus Gone One). Even give water to the pretas (hungry ghosts). Now, continuously practice the generation and completion stages. May sickness and suffering be alleviated. Recite the Heart Sutra of Prajnaparamita without interruption. Meditate on the six paramitas. Even when lying down like a cow, practice the Dharma correctly. Cultivate compassion for all sentient beings in the six realms like an old mother. Meditate on the visualization of channels and winds for each session. When feeling hot, cold, full, or hungry, meditate on equanimity. Study and contemplate the scriptures of Jaye. Like Wale, constantly guard the nature of your own mind. Like Sha, meditate on the lineage master at the crown of your head. Whatever you eat or drink, perform the inner fire offering. Even if fame of "Ah-re, U-re" arises, Do not be conceited or arrogant. Be mindful of the fulfillment and supplication of Vajra Lekpa riding a mule, etc. Be mindful of the offerings and prayers to Lachen Dakini Dharma Protectors. Bring the recitation and practice of Shasana, etc., to completion. In order to pacify the interruptions between the grounds and paths, Practice the deity of Hayagriva, etc. Make the letter A meaningful with unborn essence. This is the advice of A-rag to the devotees of Bje Gema. From the collection of scattered advice of the Great Compassionate Karma Chakme Rinpoche, the advice given to Geshe Kunga Nyima.
