Listen, young Dharma Protector Phel! This human body, difficult to obtain, If you don't focus on it this time, It will be hard to obtain again, Dharma Protector Phel! To make this body meaningful, Keep vows and commitments. These four roots and this alcohol, Protect them like your life, Dharma Protector Phel! The Bhagavan Shakyamuni said, Alcohol has sixty faults. Among foods, there is no greater sin than alcohol. These are sixty faults, like a rainbow. Those who like alcohol, in five hundred lifetimes, Will be born as madmen. Especially monks who drink alcohol, Will be born in the great wailing hell. For every mouthful of alcohol drunk, That many pots of boiling bitter water Will be poured into the mouth of Yama, the Lord of Death. Such future consequences are unbearable, And in this life, the gods of the body flee far away. The white-sided gods are displeased and angered, The black-sided demons and spirits enter the heart. Blessings, realization, and merit decrease. If those who practice secret mantra get drunk, The dakinis will be displeased and inflict punishment. Such things are harmful in this life and the next, Abandon alcohol, which is like poisonous water. There is no certainty when you will die, no assurance of not dying. Where you will go after death is unknown, meditate on it again and again. Look at where your own mind goes and stays. If you don't see anything when you look, relax and let go. Recite the six-syllable mantra as much as possible, Have faith in the lama, and meditate on pure perception of Dharma friends. What is the meaning of entering the Dharma? Think about it and don't let your mind wander. Difficult work, difficult life, distractions, Consider them as the blessings of the lama and sangha, Meditate on the joy of purifying your obscurations. Just wearing yellow robes does not make one a monk, One who does not regret at the time of death, the yellow robes are meaningful. Entering the Dharma is meaningful. Dharma Protector Phel, please keep this in mind."

May all beings who hear, remember, or touch, be led to Sukhavati! There is a saying in the world, "Don't say you can walk until you are old," which holds great truth. Now I am very old, and a great realization has arisen. In the past, I wasted time, but now I see the essence of truth. Even though the eye of flesh does not see the water bubble, I take pure wisdom as my companion. In the mandala of the emptiness of mind itself, the great Dharma Body Vajradhara abides without separation or union. In the mandala of the clarity of mind itself, the great Compassionate Sambhogakaya abides without clarity or obscuration. In the mandala of the unceasing nature of mind itself, the Nirmanakaya Padmasambhava abides without interruption. In the mandala of the five aggregates, the five Victorious Buddhas of the five families abide spontaneously accomplished. In the mandala of the purity of the five elements, the five great consorts, the goddesses of the five realms, abide primordially pure. In the mandala of the purity of the assembly lineage, the eight close sons abide manifesting transformations. In the eight realms where the eight consciousnesses operate, the eight offering goddesses, such as Loveliness, are naturally in a state of play, dance, and movement. All phenomena of appearance and existence are all absorbed into the mind, becoming one taste. There is no difference between inside and outside, they are mixed as one. All appearances are pacified into the mind, and awareness is completely absorbed inward, undifferentiated, vast, and pervasive. There is no self or other, everything is one mind. Mind itself is originally free from existence and non-existence, permanence and annihilation, arising and ceasing. Not meditating is also delusion, and meditating itself is also delusion. Without difference between meditating and not meditating, it is originally the naked Dharmakaya. Distraction itself is delusion, and non-distraction is also delusion. Without difference between distraction and non-distraction, it is originally the great freedom from elaboration. Because there is no self, there is no other. The duality of self and other is emptiness, undifferentiated, one taste, vast and boundless. One's own mind is originally Samantabhadra, the primordial Buddha, the Bhagavan, who has always resided within oneself, so now there is little desire to attain the result. In the appearance of the mind of the six realms, without perceiving that it exists as something other, there is little fear of wandering in samsara. Since sentient beings are originally unobtainable,
