Black-robed one! I pray to you, please bless me! Outwardly appearing as the banner of Dharma, inwardly as the venerable Riwo Göba, secretly as the lord of the ocean of oath-bound ones. I pray to you, please bless me! Outwardly appearing as the form of Gyalsé's pen, inwardly as the armor of Dharma, secretly as the glorious Protector himself. I pray to you, please bless me! Victorious Avalokiteśvara, of the mandala of the five oceans, the lord of the oath-bound ocean below, Vajra Black-robed One, I pray to you, please bless me! I pray that you dispel all obstacles of the teachings and of us yogis, I pray that you accomplish all activities, do not forget your former vows, please truly show signs and omens, do not be lazy or indifferent, the time has come, Samaya (समया，samaya，vow)! This was spoken by Ara Ga, based on a dream one night where he met Situ Rinpoche, who gave him a mantra transmission similar to the Protector's protection wheel, and handed over a book of activity rituals.
