A thousand black ones and a million flesh-eaters, a billion Matrikas and a hundred thousand Yakshas, a hundred million divisions of armored ones, gather like clouds, I pray you to abide here. Swift as lightning, accomplish the work. The Black Hat is an object that pleases the Dharma protectors, a hat for accomplishing fierce activities, a hat for great mantra holders to recite, a hat for protecting against hail, a hat that symbolizes the unchanging Dharmakaya, a hat that overpowers existence and samsara, a hat that subdues obstacles and hindrances. This hat adorned with a mirror, is a hat that overpowers enemies and obstructors. This terrifying and majestic Black Hat, is established as the support of Mahakala, established as the support of Palden Lhamo, established as the support of the Raven-faced One, established as the support of the Supreme Black Son, established as the support of Vajra Armor, established as the support of the Self-Arisen Queen, established as the support of the Swift-Acting Lord, established as the support of the Black Eunuch (Maning Nagpo), established as the support of Trakshad Nagpo, established as the support of Lion-Faced Nagpo, established as the support of Rakshasa Lord Nagpo, established as the support of Four-Faced Nagpo, established as the support of Rock God Lord, established as the support of Spear-Holding Lord, established as the support of a Thousand Nagpos, established as the support of a Million Flesh-Eaters, established as the support of a Billion Matrikas.
