Rga yan thub. Tsha tsha yan thub. Ru sbal yan thub. These are the rules of Buddhism. In the rules of the outsiders, there is also be rga yan thub. The non-Buddhists, Brahmins, carry spears. It is said that there are many tsha tsha yan thub, etc. Among them, the stone wheel is the rule of the Red Acarya. Because he was a learned Pandit who had attained common siddhis, he was one who could place the vajra bell in the sky, and it is said that he was the father of Tipu's Secret Mantra Tree. He came to Tibet three times. The first time, Lochen Rinchen Zangpo (958-1055 AD) entertained him and translated many yoga teachings such as Kunrig, and he was known as Pandit Shadhakara. Later, Gyare came to Tibet, and Dromi Lotsawa gave him good hospitality, translated many cycles of Hevajra, as well as the Twenty-four Seats of Chakrasamvara, and completely translated the two systems of Lamdre, and was known as Pandit Gayadhara. In the middle time, he came to Tibet at about the same time as Jowo Je, and mainly taught the path of conduct, so the custom of yellow-robed householders arose in Tibet, which was called the heretical Dharma of the Red Acarya. Jowo Je and other Kadampas also forbade it. He translated many wrathful mantras such as Lhamo Magzor Gyalmo, Chokyong Begtse, etc. In Todlung and Phenpo, he earned about three hundred sangs of gold by performing rituals for hire. He was known as Acarya Marpo, and mainly propagated evil mantra instructions. At that time, he pretended to go everywhere to collect ritual fees. When he was staying in Nyangtod, he fell ill and was on the verge of death. He could not go to other places, and no one took care of him, so he was very pitiful. Yeshe Bar of Nyangtod, who was also knowledgeable in medicine, thought that Acarya was helpless and felt compassion, so he treated him and took care of him. His condition improved greatly. Acarya said, "You should be careful in your behavior, and I will leave a servant." So he left his daughter and property. He asked, "Where are you going?" He replied, "I am going to protect against hail." He asked, "How do you protect against hail?" He replied, "I use non-Buddhist mantras to dispel hail." Acarya said, "You saved my life. No one else has taken care of me. You have taken care of me, and I will keep it in mind. Protecting against hail with non-Buddhist methods is bad for the next life, so it cannot be done now either. Mine is very profound, and I have never shown it to anyone before."

It is. This is rare even in India because it is unimpeded. I will offer you this profound hail protection, and said that he gave it to Yeshe Bar (Ye shes 'bar). Oh, then take to heart a pith instruction that is free from deception. Such pith instructions are rare. This hail protection does not require practice. Nothing is needed, like preliminary practices, etc. It is possible to do face blocking. It is the life essence of Yama, the Lord of Life, the Black Secret Moon. Hearing the sound of this mantra is enough. Because it is very profound, it should be hidden. If the recitation goes on a little too much, all the gods, demons, and relatives will faint, without a doubt. Because it is very potent, do not recite it loudly at random. When it is necessary to recite, recite in a small voice. This is also sufficient to subdue wild human demons. Because this is very profound, it is important not to show it to anyone. Because this is the contract of all gods and demons, it is very important as a strict rule. Do not show it, kha tham, kha tham. Is there anything more profound and better than this pith instruction that I offer you? He gave an oath that this has no excess or deficiency. After that, Yeshe Bar protected the four regions, and hail did not fall on the crops. In Nyangtod Phukchung (Nyang stod phug chung), where it was previously able to withstand, not even dust-sized hail fell for one year. The following year, hail destroyed the crops. Thinking about what this was, he went to search for the stone wheel, and as a result, the cave had collapsed and the stone wheel was broken into powder. After collecting those, he went home, mixed medicinal ingredients, and consecrated it. After clearing the traces of the hail coming and placing it there, hail did not fall for five years. This was also spoken from the mouth, not seen from books. Yeshe Bar gave it to the teacher Mangtsang Lekdor (Mang tshang legs rdor). He gave it to Monlam Jangchub (sMon lam byang chub), he gave it to Jangdo (Byang rdo), he gave it to Gyaton (rGya ston), he gave it to Wanggon (dBang mgon), he gave it to Pelgyi Senge (dPal gyi seng ge), he gave it to Minye Dorje Senge (Mi gnas rdo rje seng ge), he gave it to Benchen Chöden (Chos ldan), he gave it to Özer Pal ('Od zer dpal), he gave the oral instruction to Lhazo Tarpa (Lha bzo thar pa), and it is said that those lineage holders also became convinced because they were able to withstand hail. After that, it was passed down in succession, and this, which is as profound as the sun and moon for the mantra practitioners of the Tibetan Gangchen (Gangdise) mountains, is called the Nepali Stone Wheel. This is the history of the stone wheel. Also, the history of Berga Yanthub (be rga yan thub) according to the inner Buddhist teachings is: This powerful hail protection wrathful mantra naturally appeared on a rock in India, and it is said that that place does not need hail protection. After copying it from there, it was invited to Latö (La stod).
