When connecting with it, during the session, visualize yourself clearly as Tara again, and any necessary actions will be accomplished. At that time, or during dusk, etc., if you wish to meditate on the protective wheel, meditate as follows: From the letters of the wheel at your heart center, radiate white light like the color of the moon, filling the body, and from the outward radiation of light, a white wheel appears, like a tent with ten spokes. The cardinal and intermediate directions have eight spokes, and there are also ten spokes below. Like a fitted box, it is empty inside, with the rim of the wheel. At the center of the wheel, visualize yourself clearly as Tara, with all the objects to be protected respectfully arranged to your right and left. Inside the ten spokes, above and below are Oṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:ओँ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) and Phu (藏文,梵文天城体:फु,梵文罗马拟音:phu,汉语字面意思:普), and the eight spokes have ten letters, visualized as burning flames. The spokes are like thirty-two sharp swords, seamless and sharp, spinning fiercely to the right. Again, from the heart, radiate white light, pacifying diseases, evil spirits, and obstacles for yourself and others. Outside the wheel is a tent of white light. Radiate yellow light, increasing life and merit, and behind that, it becomes a tent of yellow light. Radiate red light, subduing all phenomena and existence, and behind that, it becomes a tent of red light. Radiate blue light, cutting off the four maras, and behind that, it becomes a tent of blue light. Radiate green light, accomplishing various activities, and behind that, it becomes a tent of green light. Radiate dark blue light, stabilizing all of them, and behind that, it becomes a tent of dark blue. Behind that is a tent of white vajras, and behind that, a continuously burning white mountain of fire. The boundaries of the six tents and inside the wheel are filled with blue utpala flowers. In the middle is the meaning of the union body. Thus, the deity, wheel, and tents, like appearance and emptiness inseparable, illusion, water moon, and rainbow, meditate in a state inseparable from the nature of mind. This is the White Tara's non-elaborate completion stage, and there is no more excellent method of meditating on the protective wheel than this. If you meditate one session at dusk without interruption, it is said that even if you encounter demons, you will not be defeated. Finally, the tents, from the outside in order, one dissolves into the other, and all dissolve into oneself. Oneself dissolves into the letter at the heart, disappearing like a sesame seed. That also dissolves from the end upwards into emptiness, without anything to grasp, speech and thought

Beyond expression. The great mother of Dharma body who gives birth to the four noble ones. Recognizing the ultimate Tara as the nature of self-awareness, one is liberated from samsara by cultivating the ultimate truth. Since she is not the mother who gives birth to the qualities of the grounds and paths, therefore, it is said that the nature of mind is Tara. If one wishes to engage in the approach, practice, and retreat of this deity, then arrange a torma of white three (milk, yogurt, butter) without mixing meat and alcohol. Bless it with the mantra of A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A). Invoke with Vajra Samaja. Offer the root mantra-blessed Balikha Hei. After making offerings with the mantra of Andhula, recite the praise of White Tara from the praises. Meditate on dissolving into the deity or into the support, whichever is comfortable. Practice six sessions, four sessions, or three sessions, whichever is achievable. In between sessions, engage in uninterrupted virtuous deeds as needed. Abandon meat, alcohol, garlic, and onions that are not gathering substances. Strive to maintain cleanliness as much as possible, such as taking water. 7. The signs are mothers and daughters, women, those wearing white clothes, beautiful and adorned, a treasure of food and precious things. Consume the white three, nectar, and so on. Not only red flowers, go to the garden and pick lotuses. From fear To be liberated and go upwards. Wearing white clothes and fine jewelry. The sun and moon rise, and the sound of music is played. Appearing in the valley of Tsatsa, or appearing very rarely. Seeing many white Tsatsas, seeing the number of Tsatsas is the length of life. Seeing Tsatsas averts the obstacles of nightmares. In this life, one is liberated from all diseases, evil spirits, and fears. In the next life, in the Pure Land of Great Bliss, Potala, it is said that even the sound of evil realms will not be heard after birth. If one abstains from sleep for six months, abandoning other activities and focusing solely on practice, it is said that one can achieve immortality in this body. Like the fame of the Lord of Speech, for example. Although the activities of this are immeasurable, here I will briefly mention some necessary and convenient methods. When walking in the direction of water, enemies, evil paths, etc., where there is fear, visualize Tara in the sky in that direction. Facing oneself, the body is extremely large. Under the right hand in the gesture of granting refuge, visualize oneself and one's livestock walking. Om Tare Tuttare Ture Jepa Sarva Sana Kuru Ye Svaha (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ། འཇིགས་པ་སྨྲེ་ཤཱནཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Devanagari: ॐ तारे तुत्तारे तुरे जपा सर्व साना कुरु ये स्वाहा, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ tāre tuttāre ture japa sarva sānā kuru ye svāhā, Literal meaning: Om, Tare, Tuttare, Ture, Recitation, All, Tranquility, Make, May it be fulfilled) Recite this mantra and walk, or recite the Twenty-One Taras White Tara Praise. By this, all fears will be protected.
