The Empowerment of White Tara Wish-Fulfilling Wheel from the Profound Whispered Transmission of the Namchö Mind Treasure. The Empowerment of White Tara Wish-Fulfilling Wheel from the Profound Whispered Transmission of the Namchö Mind Treasure. The Empowerment of White Tara Wish-Fulfilling Wheel from the Profound Whispered Transmission of the Namchö Mind Treasure is complete. Dudu! Guru Deva Dakini Hum! It is said that the empowerment practice of White Tara should be done. From the instructions for accomplishing this: Arrange the mandala torma well. From the body vase to the mala, vajra torma. Arrange the hand symbols, wheel, and offerings. Take refuge in the Three Jewels and accomplish the noble one for the sake of beings. Visualize yourself, the front, inside the vase, and the torma as White Tara. One face, two arms, seated in vajra posture. The right hand gives the supreme generosity, the left holds an utpala. Adorned with silks and precious jewels. Radiating immeasurable light. In her heart, Is an utpala. Inside a white nine-petaled flower. At the center, Om and the mantra circling to the left. From that, light radiates. The wisdom White Tara. Is invited, dissolves, and empowers. Om Tare Tuttare Ture Svaha! Recite as much as possible, such as a hundred times. By that, White Tara is accomplished. Samaya. Gya Gya Gya. Khatam. Guhya. Khyam. Then. In the action vase, visualize the powerful wrathful one clearly. Hum Hum Phat! Recite. Om Arya Tare Saparivara Argham, etc. From Om, liberate from samsara, Tare Ma! Tuttare liberates from the eight fears! Ture liberates from all diseases! I prostrate and praise the Tara Mother! Like that. May I and all sentient beings be protected from all the sufferings of samsara, such as the eight great fears and sixteen fears, and may all the supreme and common siddhis be bestowed! The disciple is bathed and offers a mandala. First, offer a mandala as the cause for receiving the profound empowerment of White Tara according to the Namchö tradition. Oh! Now, you all are being given the empowerment of the noble Tara. To briefly tell its history. The essence of Tara is emanated from the left eye of Buddha Amitabha. It is said that the emanation of Buddha Amitabha's mind is Avalokiteshvara from the aspect of skillful means, and Tara is emanated from the aspect of emptiness and wisdom.

Furthermore, in the scripture called "The Celestial Dharma of the Noble Tara: The Radiant Light," it says: "Bhagavan Vajradhara, please bestow upon me a scripture of the Noble and Venerable Tara." In response to this request, the Buddha spoke the ten-chapter scripture. "The protector of this scripture, the glorious Tangnak Black Woman, is entrusted to you." As stated in that scripture: "Emaho! A brief account of the Noble and Venerable Tara: The Noble Avalokiteśvara, with great compassion, could not bear the emptiness of samsara. Again and again, he guided beings from samsara, yet he could not empty it. From the tears that flowed from his eyes, white and blue Taras emerged. There is no greater compassion than this." The manner in which the emanations arose is as follows: The Noble Avalokiteśvara made a vow to liberate all beings without exception. After benefiting beings immeasurably, he wondered, "What is the situation now?" When he looked, he was disheartened because beings were not decreasing. Tears flowed. From the two tears, two lotus flowers arose, and from within the opened lotuses, white and blue Taras emerged, saying, "Who in this world is frightened by fear? I will protect all. Do not fear, do not fear!" Having spoken thus and made a vow, they said to Avalokiteśvara, "Do not be disheartened. We two will be your helpers and will accomplish the benefit of immeasurable beings." In short, as many emanations as Avalokiteśvara makes, Tara acts as a helper in those activities. Although there are many activities of emanation that go to tame beings according to their individual needs, in order to benefit countless beings, her actual form resides in Potala. Furthermore, all the lineages of Tara are of one mind. In the Root Tantra of Manjushri, it says: "The queen of lineages, with great miraculous powers, is a goddess who takes the form of a woman. She tames beings in all realms and is also known as Tara." And in the Sambuta Tantra, it says: "Tara liberates from samsara. By merely meditating in this way, the practitioner will attain Buddhahood." And in the Tantra of the Various Manifestations of Tara, it says: "Manjushri, the benefit of this is that it will pacify the five inexpiable sins, the five sins close to them, hatred, and all bad dreams. It will pacify the suffering of the three lower realms. Lifetime after lifetime."
