་པའི་ཡི་གེ་པ་ནི་དགེ་སློང་བརྩོན་འགྲུས་ཏེ༔ འདི་ལ་ཉེས་འགལ་གང་མཆིས་ཆོས་བདག་སྲུང་མའི་ཚོགས་ལ་བཤགས་ཤིང་༔ དགེ་བས་དུས་ངན་སྙིགས་མའི་སྐབས་འདིར་ཚད་པའི་ནད་ཀྱིས་མི་ཕྱེད་ཕྱགས་མས་འདེབས་པའི་སྐབས་སུ་རྐང་གཉིས་འགྲོ་བ་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པའི་སྲོག་སྐྱོབ་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག༔ འདི་བྲིས་པས་ཀྱང་མི་འཇིགས་པའི་སྐྱབས་ཀྱི་སྦྱིན་པ་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོར་གྱུར་ཅིག༔ མངྒ་ལཾ།། །། ༧ ཁམས་སྟོད་ནང་ཆེན་འབང་སྒང་བཟོ་རིག་གནས་མདོ་གསང་སྔགས་ཆོས་འཕེལ་གླིང་དཔེ་རྙིང་ཉམས་གསོ་ཁང་གིས་བསྒྲིགས་ཏེ་པར་བསྐྲུན་ཞུས། ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་ཀྱི་དབང་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་བསིལ་བའི་ཆུ་རྒྱུན་མེའི་འཇིགས་པ་དང་ཚད་ནད་ཞི་བར་བྱེད་པ།

书写者是比丘精进。对此若有任何过失，向护法神众忏悔。愿以此善行，在这恶劣的末法时期，在热病无法区分、如扫帚般扫荡之时，救度无数二足众生的性命。愿书写此文者，也能获得广大的无畏救护之布施。吉祥！康区上部囊谦（nang chen）昂冈（འབང་སྒང་）工艺文化显密正法兴盛洲古籍修复室整理出版。 大悲观世音菩萨之灌顶，慈悲清凉之水流，平息火灾和热病。
