Having placed the water-filled vase on the crown of the head, now this vase, outwardly a precious vase with a wide belly, a long neck, and a drooping spout, its neck wrapped with divine silk, its mouth adorned with a wish-fulfilling tree, inside is a precious palace, in the center of which resides the mandala of Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara, from whose body a stream of nectar and camphor-like essence continuously flows, entering through the Brahma aperture at the crown of the head, filling the four places of the body, purifying and cleansing the four obscurations and all feverish diseases, contemplate attaining the accomplishment of disease-free bliss. Hūṃ! (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ), this vase is a palace, the Great Compassionate One and his retinue reside here, because I am bestowing empowerment upon you, may you attain the complete four empowerments. Having placed the water-filled conch shell on the throat, now this white, right-spiraling conch shell, with the eight auspicious symbols appearing on the inner veins, inside of which resides the noble Avalokiteśvara, from whose body a stream of nectar and camphor-like essence continuously flows, entering through your throat, filling the entire body, contemplate purifying feverish diseases and the sins and obscurations of speech.
