苏母巴尼，苏母巴尼等。念诵并奏响乐器。火焰忿怒众聚集于此，上下金刚帐篷中，充满智慧火焰的燃烧。祈请从今以后，重叠的黑痣能守护我和所有被守护者，使污秽不能侵入。嗡 阿则玛则 巴尔孔 玛哈 扎那达亚 吽 吽 啪 啪 梭哈。（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）班杂 惹恰 惹恰 吽。（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）自身观想为重叠的黑痣，病人无迹如彩虹般消失。本来清净法身，没有不净污秽等名称，融入本来清净普贤的境界中。八万种魔障等，愿吉祥因此而带来今日的安乐。对于意集、古扎、玛宁等，大经中广说消除污秽。此简略的除秽黑马法，是圣者善逝等所造，清净与不清净、广略等见过很多。以前我还是孩童的时候，曾为一些病人做过这个除秽法，立即见效，效果显著。对于贫穷、年老体衰、孩童、无依者等，因食物污秽、衣物污秽等原因，引起的麻风病、牙病、呕吐、食欲不振等，为了利益一些虚弱的病人，拉嘎阿亚以简短的文字，清晰的意义汇集而成。比丘精进书写成文。此法与以往不同，非常锐利，自身生起、天法黑痣重叠法，咒语也与其他略有不同，传承近，比其他更锐利。不需要朵玛、供养、神祇仪轨、会供等，可以立即为病人进行，对虚弱贫穷者有很大的帮助。因此以利他慈悲之心书写。如果存在应该隐藏却公开陈述的错误，向天法教言的护法们忏悔。愿以此善行，成为众多虚弱病人的无畏救护之施。康区上部囊谦（囊谦县）昂冈工巧文化显密法洲寺古籍修复室整理出版。 天法黑痣重叠法的结尾，除秽黑马法，深奥简便，可以观看念诵。

Originally pure Dharmakaya, there are no names such as impure defilements, dissolving into the realm of original purity, Samantabhadra. For the poor, the elderly, children, the helpless, etc., due to food defilements, clothing defilements, etc., causing leprosy, toothache, vomiting, loss of appetite, etc., for the benefit of some weak patients, Raga Asya compiled it with concise words and clear meaning. This method is different from the past, it is very sharp, the self-generation, the Heavenly Dharma stacked moles method, the mantra is also slightly different from others, the lineage is close, and it is sharper than others. There is no need for torma offerings, deity rituals, tsog, etc., it can be performed immediately for patients, which is of great help to the weak and poor. Therefore, it is written with a mind of altruistic compassion. If there are mistakes of revealing what should be hidden, I confess to the Dharma protectors of the Heavenly Dharma teachings. May this virtue become a gift of fearless protection for many weak patients.
