Having completely destroyed all demonic obstacles, may there always be happiness and auspiciousness in this place. By these words of truth, may the sick be healed of their illnesses, may all faults be taken away, and may protection become nectar. Then, placing the vajra on the head, in the names of Brahma, Indra, the Four Great Kings, the Great Isvara, the leaders of the yakshas, the powerful yakshas, the ogresses, the nagas, and so forth, I make offerings to the Three Jewels. May they, with their power, dominion, and splendor, bring happiness and auspiciousness to this place, and protect this place. Then, at the end of each of the five goddesses' mantras, the five goddesses' mantras are: Om Ah Prati Sare Pra Hum (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思). By these words of truth, may this protected one be free from disease and harm, may he conquer all adversaries, may all sins be utterly defeated Svaha. At the end of the five goddesses' mantras, Jaya Svaha, Vijaya Svaha, Jaya Vijaya Svaha. Scatter flowers. Then perform the usual subsequent rituals. Thus, the ritual of the five protections is completed. If you wish to give this empowerment, then as with the usual blessings of body, speech, and mind, rely on auspicious substances or symbols as the conclusion, and also perform the consecration of the torma. It is said that merely generating the stage of generation and blessing with a vajra will completely liberate one from untimely death and serious illness. All his illnesses will also be completely pacified. For those who are chronically ill, merely blessing will completely pacify them. So it is said. Ema! This true teaching of Shakyamuni Buddha, endowed with the power of blessings, although profound, has never been compiled by anyone before. In the Iron Male Dog year (1970), at the end of the Tiger month (Tibetan first month), from the five scriptures and the 'All Liberation Vajra Garland,' as well as similarly from a hundred 'Oceans of Sadhana' and a hundred 'Mitra's Teachings,' etc., after mutual consultation, mantras and mudras, etc., were proofread. Hesitating whether compilation was feasible or not, many days of body and life were exhausted on the tenth day of the waxing moon. At the time of elaborate gatherings and offerings, I dreamed that five beautiful and lovely girls smiled and rescued me from a terrifying danger. From the very next morning, the desire to start anew arose. After writing it down, it was successfully completed on that very day. There were no obstacles to the teachings of Shakyamuni Buddha.
