背後無衣赤裸身，口中無食饑餓守。不斷爭鬥甚囂塵上，神人二者嫉妒生。罪責懲罰降臨汝，汝之尊位此處無，汝之淨地此處無，汝之居所此處無，汝之嬉戲此處無，汝之食物此處無，汝之飲品此處無，汝之遊走此處無。內眷神祇皆如是，深處善神忿怒尊，火燄騰騰燃。中間凡人持兵器，種類繁多各不同。門口良犬虎豹熊羆吼，因此莫居此地往漢地。從今往後日夜間，莫返此地速離去。吾有青稞半升量，攜取糧食往彼方。吾有豬肉半塊量，攜取豬肉往彼方。 吾有酒糟半碗量，飲取酒糟往彼方。此地無汝可居處，往彼方去享安寧。於蓮師尊前曾立誓，如是承諾當謹記。莫違誓言如是行，莫違教令如教行。瑜伽行者吾之誓不破，若不聽從教與誓，忿怒尊者雅嘎梅巴，汝之命心碎成千片。因此誓言莫違背，吾等施主眷屬眾，莫作偷盜與劫掠。汝之積蓄攜帶去，汝黑漢地之上行。積蓄食物彼方多，積蓄飲品彼方多，財物積蓄彼方佳。汝乃米拉之王年輕者，汝攜訟事仇事而去吧，攜盜事疫病而去吧，攜人言閒語而去吧，根本鬼、斯嘎鬼、貝拉兄弟九人攜帶去，誓言鬼兄弟九人攜帶去，特烏讓兄弟九人攜帶去，豬肉守護食子此供養，祭品種類繁多攜帶去。汝乃米拉之王年輕者，攜帶災禍與災鬼，攜帶矇鬼斯嘎鬼，攜帶貝拉及其眷屬，攜帶米拉九眼，於瑜伽行者吾等眷屬眾，莫作惡念與惡行，莫作斯嘎鬼根本鬼，莫作盜事仇事。

Behind, there is no clothing, completely naked. In the mouth, there is no food, guarded by hunger. Ceaseless struggles rage fiercely. Gods and humans are both consumed by jealousy. Blame and punishment will come upon you. Your greatness is not here. Your purity is not here. Your dwelling is not here. Your play is not here. Your food is not here. Your drink is not here. Your wandering is not here. All the household deities are like this. Deep inside, the good gods and wrathful kings blaze with fiery power. In the middle, fierce humans wield various weapons. At the gate, fierce dogs, tigers, leopards, bears, and grizzlies roar. Therefore, do not stay here; go to China. From this day forward, night and day, do not return here; go away. I have half a measure of barley. Take the grain and go there. I have half a piece of pork. Take the pork and go there. I have half a bowl of beer residue. Drink the beer residue and go there. There is no place for you to stay in this land. Go to that land and be at peace there. Before the eyes of Guru Padmasambhava, as you vowed and promised, do not break your vows; act accordingly. Do not disobey the commands; act according to the commands. Do not break the vows of the yogi. If you do not listen to the commands and vows, the wrathful Yaka Medbal will shatter your life-essence into a thousand pieces. Therefore, without breaking your vows, do not steal or ambush us, the patrons and retinue. Take your accumulated possessions and go to the land of black China. There is plenty of food to accumulate there. There are plenty of drinks to accumulate there. It is good to accumulate wealth there. You, the young king of Mila, take away lawsuits and enemies. Take away thieves and plagues. Take away gossip and slander. Take away the root demon, the scab demon, and the nine Beserag brothers. Take away the nine oath-breaker brothers. Take away the nine Teurang brothers. Accept this offering of pork and guardian food. Take away various ransom offerings. You, the young king of Mila, take away disasters and disaster demons. Take away the ignorant demon and the scab demon. Take away Beserag and his retinue. Take away the nine eyes of Mila. Do not do evil thoughts or evil deeds to us, the yogis and our retinue. Do not be a scab demon or a root demon. Do not do thievery or enmity.

Do not be the impoverished demon Bse Rag, do not be the calamitous demon of misfortune, do not be the thieving robber. Now, do not stay, leave quickly. Listen to the teachings of Master Padmasambhava, do not break the vows of the yogi me. If you transgress the teachings and vows, you will pass through the eighteen hell realms, uttering cries of woe, and ghouls will devour you. Therefore, depart to your respective places. Then, taking the Torma, let the patrons, both male and female, appear fierce, and drive them away by striking dry wood, wooden mortars, and spatulas. The patrons, in a wrathful manner, draw their knives, shouting "Ha! Ha!" and drive them away. The mantra practitioner recites the two mantras of the Nectar Swirl, as well as Sumbhani, and scatters the Torma and barley from the corner of the house, spreading it throughout the house. Meditate on the Nectar Swirl, a small body ablaze with fire, filling the entire house above and below. Going up, meditate on the protective wheel and recite auspicious words. When throwing this, there is no need to consider direction. Throw it onto a wide road where the house door is not visible, and leave without looking back. Meditate that Bse Rag is severed by fire, water, wind, and the three deities. This is from the ritual of the Sky Dharma Nectar Swirl, the method of dispelling obstacles relying on the Torma, and combining the ancient texts' methods of expelling Bse Rag.
