Those tormas, offer them still into the water where rain is desired. If rain is not desired, then offer them in a clean place. Transfer the water where rain is desired to a small lake. Release and eliminate the small lake where rain is desired. Remove all phurbas, dismantle and clean the seating arrangement. Pour the vase water of the nagas into the lake or spring. With the vase water of the three family protectors, bathe and drink, both oneself and the rainmakers. Sprinkle it also in the places where oneself and others sit. Then, make aspirations and prayers with one-pointedness. Namo! All the Buddhas of the ten directions and three times, and the deities of Padmasambhava and the three roots, please listen and consider with compassion. By this virtue of my causing rain to fall, may it become a lavish offering to the people threatened by the dangers of famine. May it become a fearless refuge offering to the insects and sentient beings tormented by heat and cold. May it become a supreme Dharma offering to all nagas, nyens, and earth lords. Myself and all my rainmakers, and the patrons and benefactors who sponsor the rainmaking, and the earth lords, nagas, and nyens who cause the rain to fall, and all sentient beings and living creatures pervaded by the rain, from this point on, as soon as they pass away, may they be born miraculously in the Pure Land of Sukhavati, and may they swiftly attain enlightenment in that body. May the auspiciousness of the Three Jewels and the Three Roots, and all the sacred refuges, prevail! May the auspiciousness of the Lord of Wisdom, Compassion, and Power of all the Victorious Ones, the three family protectors, prevail! May the auspiciousness of Orgyen Rinpoche, who possesses the power to subdue fierce gods and demons, prevail! May the auspiciousness of the Bodhisattvas who abide on the earth and benefit beings, all the emanation naga kings, prevail! May the world be peaceful and the harvests be good, may the grains increase and the Dharma flourish, may happiness and excellence be fully complete, and may all wishes in the mind be fulfilled! Then, meditate on the completion stage of emptiness: all the outer and inner worlds dissolve into light and merge into oneself. Oneself, the Great Compassionate One, dissolves into light. Dissolving into Hrih (ཧྲཱིཿ,hrih,赫利), and that too is unfindable, the self-aware, free from elaboration, Dharmakaya arises nakedly. When one meditates on emptiness for a session, the rainmakers should be loaded up and ready to go. Hum (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,吽)! From the state of emptiness, one arises as an illusory body, Hayagriva, red in color, holding a phurba, a staff, and a threatening gesture.

The horse's head neighed, and its feathers were filled with garudas. In the center of the heart, Hrih appeared, with a foal carrying heavy loads. It went forth with a dance accompanied by burning flames. Oṃ Vajrakrodha Hayagrīva, protect us and our retinue. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོ་དྷ་ཧ་ཡ་གྲི་ཝ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajrakrodha haya grīva, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, Vajra Wrathful Hayagriva) Then take a small step forward. There, also write the syllable "Kro." From the syllable "Kro," a dark blue-black garuda bird appears, Opening its mouth, widening its eyes, brandishing sword-like wings, Facing forward, and then guarding the rear. Oṃ Kro Garuṭa Cale Cale Hūṃ Phaṭ. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཁྲོ་ག་རུ་ཊ་ཙ་ལེ་ཙ་ལེ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ kro garuṭa cale cale hūṃ phaṭ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, Wrathful Garuda, Shake, Shake, Hum, Phat) Meditate in this way, reciting the garuda's mantra and coming forth. Then, oneself and others can go home. If it is not done this way, various harms will come. Then, regularly perform rain-summoning, Thinking that this is one's benefactor. Emaho, the new and old rain-summonings are endless and countless, Profound and important, it is a small vase of nectar. It is one of the six auxiliary methods in the Guru's Intentions Gathering practice for benefiting crops. It is best to complete the winter practice, but it is difficult to complete. Sudden rain-summoning has three types: pacifying, increasing, and wrathful. Pacifying rain-summoning is difficult to quickly bring rain even in Jambudvipa, Wrathful rain-summoning is quick, but only as much as a fox appearing. Therefore, combining the three, pacifying, increasing, and wrathful, into one, Quick and important, profound and vast, Adorned with many profound oral instructions, Supplementing what is needed from other sources, recorded in the text, All visualizations are easy to recite and practice, All instructions are easy to understand at a glance. In the degenerate age, rain does not fall on time, All small instructions become dull, Demons and negative forces are strong, positive forces are weak, In times when there is no rain and famine spreads, Thinking of benefiting beings, it is written in a form that is easy to understand at a glance. Are there any contradictions or errors in this? If there are errors that should be hidden or clarified, I confess to Padmasambhava, the Three Roots, and the Naga King assembly. May this virtue bring happiness to the world and good harvests! Thus spoke Raga Asya. May this book spread widely and never decline, Benefiting immeasurable beings! Mangalam! Compiled and published by the Nangchen Banggang Craft Culture and Esoteric Dharma Flourishing Continent Ancient Book Restoration Room in Kham Upper Region.
