Through the empowerment of the burning Dharma wheel, may the suffering of samsara and afflictions of myself and the patrons be pacified! Through the blessings of the five Buddha families, may the Buddha's teachings flourish and sentient beings possess happiness! May this become the foundation of the teachings! In all lives, past and future, wherever one is born, may this be a place of offering for gods, spirits, and humans. May all disharmonious adverse conditions be pacified, and may harmonious favorable conditions be accomplished. May we enjoy inexhaustible precious treasures, and may the Dharma-concordant happiness never cease! Then, scatter blessed flowers and recite the extensive "Auspicious Accumulation Sutra." In brief, recite any auspicious prayer of one's own tradition. If elaborate, use gold leaves, etc. Then, offer the reward offerings on the offering table in front of the sacrificial mandala. Perform the incense offering for welcoming and sending off the deities. The above is said to be from the tantra of the noble Manjushri, "The Hundred Thousand Retinue of Earth Lords," in which the construction of the sacrificial mandala is described, and it is said that the ritual was established by four incarnate individuals. By performing this offering and praise, as well as engaging in rituals such as Sang (smoke offering), Ngön (libation), Bumter (vase treasure), and other practices, all the gods, nagas, and local deities are pleased, and therefore Samye Monastery was successfully built. All the Tibetan people are happy, the rain falls in due season, and the crops are abundant. The king's wishes are fulfilled, and it is said that all of Tibet is auspicious. From many terma (treasure) texts such as Lama Gongdu (Guru's Mind Accomplishment), the instructions on constructing the foundation of the divine palace, and the various translations from the Indian direction are widely prevalent in Tibet. In the pure Tibetan government, whether it be villages, monasteries, towns, or cities, the practice of praising the back mountain is common in all construction or renovation projects. Nowadays, people are accustomed to performing this praise every year. With the intention of benefiting them, this ritual is a highly condensed version of the recitation part of the aforementioned divine palace praise. This was written by Ra Ga Asya, a fortune teller who thoroughly studied in the Chinese Gabtse. If there are any errors, I confess to Manjushri, the earth deities, and the assembly of local deities. May all the local deities and protectors be pleased and dwell in their respective abodes through this virtue. May all regions have good harvests, be auspicious, happy, and perfectly prosperous! Sarva Mangalam! (Sanskrit, Sarva Mangalam, All auspiciousness!) This was compiled and published by the Nangchen Banggang Craft and Culture Sutra and Secret Mantra Dharma Development Island Ancient Book Restoration Room in Upper Kham. Here, from the pure Tibetan government of China and Tibet, Lama Gongdu, terma, etc., the infinite praises of building the foundation of the divine palace are collected, and a short recitation part is selected from them, and it is clearly explained that the practice is adorned with practice.
