说。之后寿命终结便能往生极乐世界。即使仅仅完成一次斋戒，其利益也难以想象。如是说。一次斋戒的功德，能清净千劫的罪障。能圆满获得六度波罗蜜多的功德。甚至能清净五无间罪。能获得不退转地。女性若行斋戒，死后能转生为菩萨之身。从轮回中不再退转。若有畜生临死之际，念诵真言并向其吹气，便能往生极乐世界。若在人、牲畜、昆虫、蚯蚓等任何死亡众生的耳边念诵，便能获得菩提。行一次斋戒能清净身体的业障。行一次斋戒不会转生为饿鬼。禁语则不会转生为畜生。不散乱心则不会转生到地狱。如此便能从宝藏和三恶道中解脱。如是说。愿一切众生皆能往生到圣观世音菩萨的座前。吉祥圆满！ 诺尔巴·楚臣仁钦的斋戒功德： 如此如法的斋戒行持一次，便能倒转四万劫的轮回。十一面观音续部中说： 谁为了我的缘故，在十四或十五斋戒，便能倒转四万劫的轮回。世尊，执持我的名号意义重大，甚至胜过执持亿万佛陀的名号。如是说。仅仅念诵此陀罗尼一遍，也能清净声闻乘的四根本堕罪，甚至能完全清净五无间罪。如前所说那样精进修行，更不用说了。那些修行者能于亿万佛陀前种下善根，念诵和修行更不必说，一切愿望都能如意圆满。如是说。此外，即使是低贱的女性，仅仅行持一次斋戒，死后也能转生为菩提

She will not regress from samsara. At the time of death of male or female animals, if one recites a mantra and blows on them, they will be reborn in Sukhavati. If one recites in the ear of any dying being, whether human, livestock, insect, earthworm, or creature, they will attain enlightenment. Doing one fasting retreat purifies the obscurations of the body. Doing one fasting retreat prevents rebirth as a preta. Keeping silence prevents rebirth as an animal. Not being distracted prevents rebirth in hell. Thus, one will be liberated from the treasury and the three lower realms. Thus he said. May all beings be born at the feet of the noble Avalokiteśvara. May it be auspicious! The benefits of the fasting retreat of Ngorpa Tsultrim Rinchen: Performing such a fasting retreat once will reverse forty thousand kalpas of samsara. In the Ekādaśamukha-sūtra, it says: Whoever, for my sake, observes a fasting retreat on the fourteenth or fifteenth, will reverse forty thousand kalpas of samsara. Bhagavan, holding my name is of great significance, even more so than holding the names of billions of Buddhas. Thus it says. Even reciting this dhāraṇī once will purify the four root downfalls of the Śrāvakayāna, and even the five heinous crimes will be completely purified. As said before, what need is there to mention diligently practicing? Those practitioners will plant roots of virtue before billions of Buddhas, what need is there to mention reciting and practicing? 或者菩萨，或者获得男性的身体后，背离轮回，以及畜生死亡转生时，此陀罗尼念诵一遍后放入耳朵里，必定往生极乐世界，以及畜生死亡时此陀罗尼放入耳朵里，于人间获得男性的身体后，种下菩提心的习气这样说了。同样地，身体斋戒而住，身体的业障清净。语禁语，语言的业障清净。陀罗尼以意念诵，意念的业障清净。此的禅修念诵如法地做了，每天此陀罗尼念诵一百零八遍，此生就能完全拥有十种功德，十种是什么呢？是这样，常常身体没有疾病，以及所有如来完全摄受，因此不费力就能获得财物粮食和珍宝，所有敌人都能被制伏和降伏，所有国王的集会都能坦诚说话，身体不被毒药所害，珍宝不被毒药所害，不被瘟疫所害，不被武器所害，不会被水淹死，不会被火烧死，不会非时而死。另外还能完全拥有四种功德，那也是死亡的时候，能够见到如来，不会往生恶道，不会不舍弃痛苦而死亡，从此地死后也能往生极乐世界。这是观世音菩萨亲自说的。另外，斋戒而住的施主，做了斋戒的侍者，也能获得非常大的福德，做了斋戒的第二天早上供养他们食物，和供养安住于第八地的菩萨的福德相等，仅仅受持布萨戒就供养，和供养阿罗汉的福德相等。因此，布施的施主也不会往生恶道，菩

They are as follows: one will always be free from diseases of the body, and all Tathagatas will fully embrace one, and therefore one will effortlessly obtain wealth, grains, and treasures, all enemies will be subdued and conquered, all assemblies of kings will be able to speak frankly, the body will not be harmed by poison, treasures will not be harmed by poison, one will not be harmed by epidemics, one will not be harmed by weapons, one will not die by drowning, one will not die by burning, and one will not die untimely. Furthermore, one will also fully possess four qualities, which are that at the time of death, one will be able to see the Tathagata, one will not be born in the lower realms, one will not die without abandoning suffering, and after dying from here, one will also be born in the realm of Sukhavati.
